Lines are long and cashier's don't seem to care, no wonder supervisor talks down to them in front of customers

For everyone that shops here be aware and check your meat for i went to this Winn Dixie store in hypoluxo and dixie last week for groceries ready to make home made meatballs when i unwrapped my ground meat and flipped it over had it had a $#*! ROACH stuck to the meat disgusting. Will never shop here again...
Today August 17th I went to the Winn-Dixie at at 5:30 p.m. 1491 South Dixie Highway in Lantana Florida meat department looking for meat i couldn't find it this employee Norman came over and ask can l help you and he went above and beyond I couldn't believe it going back and forth trying to find what I needed I'm 83 years old this is very rare to find an employee that goes above and beyond
Sunday 9 pm This cashier screamed to me instead of talk in a good manner about a reward I was trying to use. Why this branch has the worst customer service always? Who is the responsible in interviewing workers?

I sent an email to corporate regarding the availability of a certain product and received a reply with a case number. After three weeks, and two follow-up emails, I am still waiting a response.
Got a pork shoulder by mistake instead of beef, store would not refund when I took it back, citing covid; should have just thrown it away and refunded he money; not good customer service, disgusted with WD Casselberry, FL.
I'm glad they give you the option to wear a mask or not wear a mask if you get the shot it shouldn't matter then whether you're wearing a mask or not a mask you're doing everything that you're choosing for your own body and I like that knowing that they're allowing me to come in and choose whether I wanna wear a mask or not wearing a mask and as long as they do that I will continue shopping at Winn-Dixie and no other store because they're putting me in control of what I want and not what they just want an awesome customer service
The Sebastian Winn Dixie store frequently runs three day sale ads of products that were never in stock or in such limited quantities that they are supposedly sold out of these items only two hours after opening on the very first day of the sale then when asked to speak with a manager i was told no manager was on duty three days in a row each day I was told to come back the following day only to be told the same thing when I ask the store managers name I was told "they werent sure" it might be Scott something
I entered this store on 6/30/2023 to the customer's service department and I literally stood up in line for 19 minutes while the cashier messed up on the customer's lottery tickets and she had the service counter held up while going through all of the customer's lottery tickets, so I then approached the customer service manager when he was walking right by the customer's service counter name tommy he was very much aware as to what was going on but he didn't seem to care or address the situation,
I asked him would he get one more customer's service employee to check me out and he rudely and boldly and arrogantly said no that there's only one customer's service employee to run the service department and she's standing right there and that's the way it has always been in this store his exact words then he walked off, the manager tommy is extremly nasty, rude, arrogant, and he's very unprofessional and he didn't address the issue. So I walked out of the store and left, but I will say this, it should always be more then one customer service employee working to assist customers in a timely manner and professional manner.
I went to Winn-Dixie around 7 o'clock on October 10 to buy some steaks for after the Buccaneers game by the way we won anyway got the steaks and put them on the grill people started getting sick running to my bathroom it was so embarrassing come to find out all the ribeyes were spoiled called the cashier at Winn-Dixie before I could even tell her which meat it was whether it was the ribeyes or the T-bones she told me and told me That they had been getting the meat returned all week so my question to her was if you already knew the meet was tainted why you keep selling it. The manager then got on the phone and told me that she didn't say that that she couldn't possibly say that after putting me on a long haul and then proceeded to ask for corporate after all I got five people in here with diarrhea stay at Winn-Dixie new Tampa Lutz area Florida
Absolutely NO Customer Service, Cashiers have no idea what a greeting is, no bagging unless is overwhelmed. If I could rate 0, I would.

Answer: I chose Winn Dixie over other for the Pharmacy. At the time they were the only ones who would accept my insurance and I've stayed with them 30 plus years.
