It was an easy experience, it took like 5 days to get here, the box was somewhat heavily damaged but the bed itself was in pristine condition
WinkBeds did what they said they would - the mattress was shipped on time, delivered when expected and the process was pretty seamless. The box holding the mattress was quite beat-up and damaged with big chunks having been taken out of the box - this is what we come to expect from UPS - but the mattress was wrapped in plastic so well that it was undamaged. We really appreciate doing business with a mid-west company that does what they say the will - you do not get that often. Nice job, WinkBeds!
Process seemed to go easily for the ordering, tracking, etc. Terms for return seem very, very reasonable, and appropriate in light of buying something sight unseen and untried. Regardless, terms are very good and hope I don't need to take advantage of them. My only comment is that credit card is charged at time of purchase, not at time of shipment. That is probably disclosed someplace in all the legal terms, it just took me aback. Otherwise, easy process, thank you
The feel and support of this mattress is comfortable and gets 4 stars, but am noticing that it sleeps too hot for mine and my wife's comfort. We have woken up once or twice sweating. Because of this my overall rating would be 3 stars.
Ordered the bed. Suggested add-on was a mattress cover for $120 that "sleeps cool". Well it doesn't sleep cool and it feels like sleeping on plastic. This is such a shame because I spent nearly $2k for the combo. The mattress is great, but the company sells the cover as final sale. And now I know why. You can buy the same quality cover at Amazon for $20. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company.
Overall experience? Awful.
Bought our first Wink Bed in 2016 and assumed we would be receiving a similar product. The new design and product are far inferior to the mattress we bought in 2016. Far too firm, lacking in edge support, and a complete waste of time and money. Now we have to wait 30 days to initiate a return, even though we could tell from day one that this isn't the product we expected or wanted.
Seems they always have $300 off, so it's annoying that promotional material creates such a sense of urgency. I purchased a mattress from them, but still receiving frequent texts about $300 off promotions a couple of times a week. Mattress is okay, but some discomfort on my back after a night of sleeping. Overall it's fine, but the price seems much higher than it should be.
Couple of issues deprived the service of five stars:
1) the website did not appear to permit us to buy two mattresses in on order; and
2) there was limited clarity on when exactly the mattresses would be delivered. Perhaps we are spoiled by the standard that Amazon has established in timely delivery and in communicating their plan.
Neither we nor guests have slept on the beds, but they appear to be excellent.
It's honestly just a bed the Serta at the mattress shop was low-key better but their marketing got to me … I was weak. But I am giving it a two week attempt may return just not blow away with comfort I got the luxury firm which was suppose to be perfect for a 165 5 '10 dude that sleep on his side according to the quiz. I'd disagree
Hi - still too early to rate the bed. The purchase experience was excellent except for the fact that it took four or five days to get a confirmation email telling me what the next step was going to be. During that time, i did not know what had happened to my order other than it was received. I was provided no information on when I would receive the bed. I ended up calling customer service to ask what the next step would be. Earlier and more complete communication would have been helpful.
Meh... First impression when it was out of the plastic was "cheap". I know they need to finish rising, but the material/fabric seemed cheap. After a week of sleeping on it, I can't wait for the 30 days to be over so I can send it back. Sleeps like a mediocre hotel bed. There are places where I can feel the springs in the mattress when laying on it and it isn't even close to soft even though we purchased the softest model.
Our daughter loves her new mattress! The set up was a breeze. The only thing that could have gone better was clarity on the delivery times - our tracking number didn't have any updates for about a week, so we had no idea when to expect it until the day it arrived.
This bed has been such relief for my husband's severe back pain. Any questions I had before purchasing the bed were quickly addressed by customer service. I'm so thankful I purchased this mattress. Highly, highly recommend!

Great experience. I was charged an environmental fee on the invoice that was e-mailed to me, which I didn't feel I should have to pay because they were not taking away an old mattress. I don't think their website informs you of this charge either, although I haven't gone back and looked, so I may be wrong.
They quickly refunded me the charge when I protested, so I was pleased with their customer service.
My wife inquired about Wink Beds and was sent an email offering her a $300 personalized discount. Everyone who visits the site gets a $300 discount---the name of the sale changes but there always is one. I could not find any way to use her personalized discount and the sale discount. I placed the order anyway, and Wink Beds added a contribution to Environmental Responsibility Fund without my approval. Wink Beds did not supply any information about this fund. The mattress was delivered very promptly and seems to be comfortable.

The first time I slept on the bed, it was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up.
I bought the king luxury firm mattress in April after reading the good reviews. It is unfortunately very uncomfortable and my lower back and hips have been in pain since the last few months. It has gotten so bad that I wake up uncomfortable from the pain. We change the position of the mattress every few weeks as was recommended on this site but it still sags, especially in the middle. It feels like I'm falling into the bed when I sleep. I wanted to write a review but cannot access the link Winkbeds sent. It shows error everytime I click it. And there's no way to leave a review on the site. I would suggest see Amazon reviews before buying. Only good thing about the mattress is the height. We bought it originally because it was made in USA and thought it would be good quality. Unfortunately, it is not worth the $1800.
Winkbeds was very easy to work with to get the "exchange" process started. The policy states "An exchange includes a brand new bed, with a new 60-night risk free trial, for a total cost of $49. The second bed would come with a 60 day free trial, during which you could return for a full refund, and the $49 fee goes toward covering delivery, shipping and logistics for the exchange mattress which only include the pick up of the previous firmness." They failed to tell us that when the company comes there is an additional charge of $100 & and $30 to remove the bed. My parents are 88 & 90 years old and are unable to move these beds around. These additional charges should have been communicated when we made the purchase. Still waiting for a response from the pick up company and it has already been 8 days (only 60 days to return this bed if it doesn't work out), so hoping someone returns the call soon.
Answer: It was so bad. The firmer one felt like a concrete slab and gave me terrible back pain. I put it on a Rove Concepts bed frame that had slats. They convinced me to exchange it for a luxury firm but sent me the same firmer bed again, only in the wrong size. Customer service was appalling. I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get it resolved or get a refund until April 26,2023. I ended up getting what I had before on my old bed, which was SO comfortable- a firm Serta coil mattress with a tempurpedic mattress topper.
Answer: I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

Answer: Purchased our bed almost two years exactly. Don't do it. This is the worse bed I've ever had. The support wears away after a year or so resulting in a big dip in the middle. We've resorted to using a pillow top but even this doesn't help. I find myself constantly slopping towards my husband even with the topper. This mattress was so expensive so it's a shame a new one will be needed so soon. If you look at reviews on amazon you'll see similar complaints. I honestly don't know how they have any good reviews. They must be fake because I am having a totally different experience. Lying awake at this very moment because of how uncomfortable this bed is.
