Love the design. Best bed for bad backs. The bed arrived about two days after the platform and both were early, arriving a week after my order was placed.

I wished the delivery person placed the box near my door because it was rainy that day and they left the box resting at the stairs and I feel like if I wasn't at home, it could have gotten very wet. It was heavy and a bit difficult to bring up the stairs. I think for the high price tag, it would have been nice for the bed to be placed near the door.

A good purchasing experience. I probably would not have bought an on-line only advertised bed, that doesn't have a brick and mortar showroom where I can check out the matress before buying it. But I discovered the on-line matress showroom in Mpls, and going there to see and feel the product in person sealed the deal for me.

I Ordered online but due to being a repeat customer I was given an additional $200.00 off by the agent on the phone. Great experience and service. Thank You Winkbeds!

Good customer service so far. Still planning to follow up about torn fabric on our foundation frame. We'll see how that goes.

It was easy to shop on the website and i had no problems ordering.

Pretty seamless besides the addition of the environmental Fund... which I have no idea what it does.

I bought this for my adult daughter who lives with us. First impression is that she regrets not choosing the firm mattress. She will try it for a couple of weeks to see how it goes.

I didn't see the delivery truck show up and they did not deliver to my door where I could try and get it in the house. Instead, they left it on my driveway. They did not even ring the doorbell to alert me of the delivery. The box is torn. I'm hoping the plastic inside is in tact.

Process seemed to go easily for the ordering, tracking, etc. Terms for return seem very, very reasonable, and appropriate in light of buying something sight unseen and untried. Regardless, terms are very good and hope I don't need to take advantage of them. My only comment is that credit card is charged at time of purchase, not at time of shipment. That is probably disclosed someplace in all the legal terms, it just took me aback. Otherwise, easy process, thank you

I was so excited about our Wink Bed purchase and it has only continued to get better and better as we sleep on it! This was by far the most nerve wracking experience but I had full trust in Wink Bed to provide a quality product that would help us ease pain and overall improve upon our sleep and life. Thank you!
