We, like most people shopping for a new mattress, researched all the options on the market extensively before stumbling upon the wink bed. No buyer's remorse here! Comfortable bed that came in a small box and was easy to set up. No yucky smell while it aired out either. The luxury firm was a perfect medium between soft that i like and my partner's preference for firm. So happy with this purchase.
Very easy process Literally sleeping on the most comfortable cloud ever. Love the hybrid bed with the pillow top feel. I first purchased a cloud bed thinking it was going to be a cloud and it was as hard as a rock! So glad I decided to purchase this just wish I would have first!

My experience was great; however, I needed to purchase a box spring elsewhere because you don't sell them as far as I can tell. The box spring that we purchased elsewhere was definitely not the same quality! Please provide the option to purchase a box spring as well!
Wirecutters was the first i heard of winkbeds. The cons were it is heavy and without handles so I had no idea what was to come. Heavy yes but not too. Because of it is being so well constructed and as for handles, jno reason to have them with this mattress. The packaging and instructions were well thought out.
Great website and easy to deal with. After placong my order I wanted to switch cards for my purchase - made Friday evening online and Monday monring they reached out to me to help me fulfill my request.
With the exception of the brutalized box upon delivery, the mattress seems as advertised. I can't wait to start sleeping on it (currently waiting on my bed to arrive).
