Delivery was quick and on time. It just happened to line up on a Saturday when we were home
Overall experience was ok. I'm glad they mentioned beforehand that the box would probably be beat up - the box was torn and dirty, but the UPS driver got it to my front door on a two wheeler, and we took it from there. I watched the video beforehand on how to unbox and set up the mattress, and that helped. I suggest you put a couple of handles on each side of the mattress to help with moving it - we paid almost 2K all in for this thing, and handles should come with a nice mattress like this.
Shopping for a mattress online is nerve wracking, but couldn't be happier with my purchase. So comfortable, it's hard to get out of!
Customer service was great, 3-5 days til delivery is way off, more like 2 weeks, think the website just requires an update to the wording though… been like that since starting my search for a new mattress.

After the challenge of two 60 year olds getting the 157 lbs box up 5 stairs and in to the bedroom, the magical unveiling/unwrapping began. Fascinating process. Watch the video that the Wink site made. It is a marvel. Wish we would have recorded the experience. We were amazed and thrilled!
