I should have bought a different bed from a different company at a better price with less hassles and better shipping and support. Hey but other than that, all was great so you can publish that all our customers are soooooooo happy.

Wink bed customer service is great. I ordered the firm initially, but that ended up being to firm for me. I ended up exchange the firm for the luxury firm and the luxury firm is perfect for me. I'm usually a back sleeper, but on occasions I like to lay on my side. With the firm bed you won't be able to lay on your side it is too hard. With the luxury firm you can lay on your side and back.

...meets expectation and was fairly easy to unpack. The cardboard shipping container was in adequate for the weight of the mattress and had been torn hoping that one end and re-taped during shipment.

Easy process. Shopped and compared all brands. Wanted an organic mattress for side sleeping without the off gas issues. This was the best and the price wasn't bad.

Had no trouble ordering our mattress but until our problem is solved i cant give an honest answer

We purchased the king luxury firm WinkBed and the DreamSmart mattress protector. Once purchased the mattress arrived quickly (within a few days), and was very easy to unbox and set up. We've only had the mattress for a short amount of time, but are impressed with the quality. The bed is a little firmer than we were expecting, but that is more personal preference. Going to give the bed more time as we do believe it is a high quality mattress, so time will tell.

Unfortunately, our experience with the mattress protector was not great. First, it took significantly longer to ship (about 2 weeks), which is fine if everything else would have went well. When the item finally arrived, we opened the package to find a generic 3rd party mattress protector. There was nothing on any of the branding identifying it as a WinkBed product or the DreamSmart mattress protector. I reached out to customer service to make sure I received the correct item, and they confirmed I did based on the pictures. I then asked for a refund as I feel the marketing on their site and product page is misleading. No where is it disclosed that I am buying a 3rd party product. Regardless of the product quality it feels dishonest. I was notified that a refund is not possible due to this being a FINAL SALE item. So we are stuck with it, which unfortunately has soured a great experience with WinkBed.

It was great. Excellent customer service and fast delivery. The bed is so nice

Need more time to give an evaluation of the product. I am experiencing back, hip and shoulder pain. We'll see what happens

Always a risk when buying by description. You need to describe your product much better. Very unhappy with this purchase.

We did not receive the knife in the box to cut the plastic. The shipping box was beat up towards the top. No instructions in the box foe set up was frustrating,

Very convenient. No pushy sales people. Customer service was friendly and helpful

So far so good. Easy shopping experience. Bed is a delight to sleep on. Box was pretty banged up when the bed arrived but it didn't effect the bed at all.

Happy with the mattress... everything else I'm questionable on...

Too many buttons to click to get to purchase. Had already researched just wanted to buy.
