All good. Sliced up my old pillow top mattress, gave springs to charity for metal recycle

Great company and mattress. I am a combo sleeper (side and stomach). So far this mattress meets my needs and its cooler than my previous all memory foam mattress.

Right now it is super super comfortable I love it. My previous bed I had really bad shoulder pain, but just resting in the Winkbed absolutely no pain, I have bone on bone in my shoulder and there is no pain resting on this bed. I have the plus firm size queen. I had 4 men to help great neighbors, it only took about 20mins including putting out the old bed and putting up the new. If you are hesitating do not hesitate hurry and get one. I was able to get financing which I was shocked! You may not need that many people to assemble, 2 would be good. I just wanted to make sure I had enough help. Looking at the videos to assemble helped also. It's super easy just take out of box and cut plastic and roll out on bed frame. Super easy

Magical and miraculous. The bed was heavier than I expected, but once I opened it I understood why.

It is too early to rate the bed at this point. The bed in the store was very soft. Our bed is getting better, but the break in is more significant that we expected and it isn't there yet.
