Wink Beds

Using Applepay made ordering a breeze and Winkbed kept us abreast of progress every step of the way. I called to see about having our old mattress hauled away and the very helpful (and pleasant) Winkbed CSR promptly scheduled the old mattress disposal that went off like clockwork. I couldn't have been happier about the entire experience.

I did my research and thought that the WinkBed Plus was what I was looking for. Went to your site, followed the directions and the bed was ordered. The delivery was on time and the set up was not difficult.

Wirecutters was the first i heard of winkbeds. The cons were it is heavy and without handles so I had no idea what was to come. Heavy yes but not too. Because of it is being so well constructed and as for handles, jno reason to have them with this mattress. The packaging and instructions were well thought out.

My order had some issue with UPS and as a result, was delayed several days. This was extremely frustrating. If I didn't go out of my way to contact both UPS and Winkbeds to inquire about this, I wouldn't have received any updates. Winkbeds customer support was accommodating once I was in contact, but I think I'm just extremely disappointed by the experience of having my delivery delayed by nearly a week.

The shopping experience was good and the shipping was prompt. The box was set in our driveway so not exactly as advertised but I wasn't surprised since it was before Christmas. The mattress itself seems very well made and unlike every other mattress and memory foam we have purchased in the past, there was no discernible odor from the wink bed at all.

I first ordered the soft wink mattress. Although it felt nice to feel and and crawl into; I needed more support under my back as I have a herniated disc. The Luxury firm was more suited to my personal needs regarding my back. I returned the first mattress with no hassles and went to the firmer mattress. I am now very pleased with the wink bed mattress and so impressed with the quality of workmanship. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. I can recommend this company without hesitation. Wink mattresses "rock"

Right now it is super super comfortable I love it. My previous bed I had really bad shoulder pain, but just resting in the Winkbed absolutely no pain, I have bone on bone in my shoulder and there is no pain resting on this bed. I have the plus firm size queen. I had 4 men to help great neighbors, it only took about 20mins including putting out the old bed and putting up the new. If you are hesitating do not hesitate hurry and get one. I was able to get financing which I was shocked! You may not need that many people to assemble, 2 would be good. I just wanted to make sure I had enough help. Looking at the videos to assemble helped also. It's super easy just take out of box and cut plastic and roll out on bed frame. Super easy

Easy, fast, professional. Even though it wasn't next day delivery, we were reassured of the exceptional quality knowing that our bed was being made after ordering, and not sitting in warehouse somewhere losing it's value.

Bed arrived sooner than expected. Mattress had a strange smell that eventually went away. I would like to know that what I was smelling was not harmful.

I have only slept on my new mattress for two nights, but so far, so good. I have never paid so much for a mattress in my life, so I hope it lives up to it's claims and that it will last a long time. The purchase experience was easy and it arrived in just a few days. The mattress is very heavy, but unboxing wasn't so bad with two people. I like the fact that once the mattress is on the bed it is ready to use. You don't have to wait hours or days for it to expand, and there was no funky smell requiring lots of airing out.

Bed is great. Foundation is strong. I think you need need to update your web site. It's too busy and too repetitive. IDK, if you need a better explanation of my experience, give me a call. Your web site didn't make it any easier to make my finbal bed purchase decision. I used outside/other sources to make my final decision. Yes, it was a Wink bed, but not due to your web site.

The bed hardness rating is not accurate, go softer by 2 ratings. Delivery person will not be happy lugging around 80+ pounds of folded bed, so be ready with help to drag it into your residence.

Nothing about my experience with Winkbeds made me feel the experience was great. It was ok but not fantastic. Shipping was delayed twice, the box was literally destroyed and re taped back together. But that's prob because a 100lb item was put in a plain box without anything to support it.

The overall experience was fine but I truly DETEST the post check out thing where buying the frame is presented as something I NEED to do. Its not convenient its shady, shady, shady and make me feel like i shouldnt have purchased anything from this co.

At the end of the day the mattress is fine, I like it... thats the point but nothing about my exp would make me reccomend this co over another.

The bed is a massive improvement from my last mattress. It's so wonderful to be able to sleep more comfortably

Bed shipping nice and easy. Set up easy. My mattress liner took a while to ship.

I had to hire someone to unbox and set up the mattress because of my back problems. I had made arrangements for the day after the announced arrival date, since I didn't know what time the mattress would come from UPS. I also didn't know whether UPS would carry it up one flight of stairs to my apartment. EcoCloud had told me they would not carry it up. It turned out that the bed arrived 3 days earlier than announced and I was able to change the set-up person. It also turned out that UPS carried the box up the stairs. The setup of the bed went well. I need to make sure that I have the right side up.

The set up was easy and the bed is great, only had it for 2 weeks, but I love it for now.

Great website and easy to deal with. After placong my order I wanted to switch cards for my purchase - made Friday evening online and Monday monring they reached out to me to help me fulfill my request.
