Wink Beds

Experience with wink was good, however UPS missed their target delivery date, said it was damaged, then delivered it anyway the next day. Mattress seems fine so, whatever.

I bought this bed for my father who is 80 years old and has had the same mattress for a while. I decided for Christmas I would get him a soft bed that would help with his aching back and joints. So far, we have had the bed for a week and he has slept so good! We got the softest version of the bed. It was packaged very well and not too heavy that I couldn't assemble it for him:-) it was very easy to set up and we did not have to wait overnight for the bed to rise like most of the competitors. Once I cut the plastic on the bed and expanded and was ready to go!

A good purchasing experience. I probably would not have bought an on-line only advertised bed, that doesn't have a brick and mortar showroom where I can check out the matress before buying it. But I discovered the on-line matress showroom in Mpls, and going there to see and feel the product in person sealed the deal for me.

Overall experience was ok. I'm glad they mentioned beforehand that the box would probably be beat up - the box was torn and dirty, but the UPS driver got it to my front door on a two wheeler, and we took it from there. I watched the video beforehand on how to unbox and set up the mattress, and that helped. I suggest you put a couple of handles on each side of the mattress to help with moving it - we paid almost 2K all in for this thing, and handles should come with a nice mattress like this.

Before purchasing my bed I wasn't sure if I needed a Luxury Firm or a Plus bed. I used the site chat feature to ask someone for advice and based on my weight, height, and sleeping preferences they recommended the Luxury Firm for me. I purchased it after that conversation.

I have tried the bed for 6 weeks and it is not soft enough. I am a side sleeper and I have shoulder and hip pain now more than ever. I need a softer, more conforming bed... I find this bed lumpy and hard

We ordered on-line and both the adjustable frame and mattress arrived on time. No problems whatsoever.

I ordered a Winkbed and then decided to cancel the order. Customer Service was very helpful in telling me how to return the order and refunding my money. I was very pleased with their service in that regard.

A pleased customer. I wasn't sure about ordering a mattress online, but it turned out fine. Only problem was that Wink would not accept a debit card.

When I went on line the first time I missed the explanation of the types mattresses. Fortunately I picked the correct one. If I hadn't though, no worries, the 120 day trial is a great feature. The tracking was spot on so I knew where my mattress was every day until it got to me. Delivery was a breeze. I was very happy that I was able to sleep on it the evening of the day it came in.

From the online ordering system, to the update emails, to the delivery, to the assembly, to the sleep… I LOVE my WinkBed. Putting the queen bed together took like 10 minutes…no tools, no hassle, fantastic experience. Mattress is #awesomeness. Pillows are perfect. The sheets even have a little tag on them at the head and foot of the sheets saying Head/Foot so you don't have to guess how it goes on! When we get ready to replace our King size bed, we will go with another WinkBed for sure. #VeryHappyCustomer.

Awesome shopping experience. The Site is very easy to use. The matress is very comfortable. The material of the matress is great. I chose a firmer matress due to severe back pain. This matress has definitely helped alleviate my back pain. The best thing I did in 2021. I would definitely buy again.

Only problem with buying on line is inability to lay on the bed first. I initally ordered soft bed since I am a side sleeper and it was what someone recommended. It was too high. I exchanged for firm lux (2x firmer and two inches shorter. Exchange process was a breeze. No I am very comfortable and pleased with the lux firm.

The mattress arrived, but was extremely heavy - thank goodness my son was here to get it into the house! However, having it delivered to our home was great. I don't think I could ever get my husband to a store to "try" mattresses out and decide on one. This mattress was put on our previous boxspring. It is exactly what was needed for the back pain we experienced every morning. The pain is gone and we sleep so much better. So far, so good - thank you so much.

I tried to return this bed within a month of purchasing because it was so hard and I was having difficulty sleeping. When I contacted Wink Beds, they said that the bed gets softer over time and I need to sleep on it for at least 30 days before I can return or exchange it. I did know this before I purchased the bed, however, I had no idea that the bed would be so hard and that I would have such a hard time sleeping.
