Only problem with buying on line is inability to lay on the bed first. I initally ordered soft bed since I am a side sleeper and it was what someone recommended. It was too high. I exchanged for firm lux (2x firmer and two inches shorter. Exchange process was a breeze. No I am very comfortable and pleased with the lux firm.

Friends recommendation. Initially, price was a major deterrent but I am now pleased with my decision.

Manager on duty has no idea how to treat customers. Not on website what time you close and what you can make. POOR Representation and POOR Service
