First ever bed in a box. I found the box to be pleasingly heavy feeling that it meant quality. I wish I had video taped the moment I cut the plastic off the vacuum packaging it was fun to watch! Let it rest for 24hrs and then we slept on it. There was a bit of out gassing you could smell the first night but the second night you had to stuff your nose in it to still smell it. The Euro top feel is plush with the mattress still feeling firm. We are looking forward to more night on it.

I don't know what the environmental fund is or what it does, I didn't have an option about paying for it. I can rate the delivery: two stars. It arrived fast enough, but the box was destroyed and opened so that when I brought it in the house the opening tool that came with the bed fell out onto my porch and I didn't know it had even come with the bed. The overall shopping experience was fine. I found the bed I wanted no problem. But I had hoped to get sheets for it. I am pretty sure they sell sheets, but I couldn't find anything but beds on the website.

Overall experience was good. I ordered it right away when I made my decision, it arrived within a few days. The box was really really heavy, and the cardboard was somewhat torn up - but the bed and plastic wrapping around it was fully in tact and no damage. I will say - get the bed positioned exactly where you want it to be when it opens up & when you cut the plastic wrapping, GET OUT OF THE WAY. It opens up really fast. I almost lost a lamp because I didn't have it positioned correctly on the mattress base.

I have back pain so I was looking for a mattress with Talalay latex and this mattress hits the spot. It's not too soft that I sink in but not too stiff that it's hard for me to move around. It's the perfect amount of firmness that supports the pressure points.

Great mattress and even better customer support! Mattress is firm but not uncomfortable firm, great for stomach sleeping but not so much for side sleeping.

It's too early to submit a review about the bed. We have not slept on the new bed yet. I look forward to sleeping on it. Delivery was smooth, thank you!

There was some confusion about the shipping date, as I was travelling when I ordered. As a result, Winkbeds said the bed was meant to be delivered in a couple days, when, in reality, it hadn't been manufactured yet. To remedy this, I sent a request to UPS to postpone the delivery, which they couldn't really honor because they didn't have the bed. Once I contacted Winkbeds to find out why the bed hadn't been delivered on the rescheduled date, they confessed that it was still in production. The chat person was very professional and clear, but the pre-delivery messaging should be clarified for customers so they don't, like me, end up sleeping on a futon for 3 days when the bed doesn't arrive as scheduled.

The bed is divine, and my hubby and I could get it up three floors, up a spiral staircase without issue!
And zero odor at all! We slept on it within hours of it popping up, and I'm sensitive to odors.

Easy to order. Arrived as promised. Fairly easy to unwrap, 50-something female did it without help. Would be more difficult if it has to go up stairs. Off gassing not too bad.

My only complaint was the deliver left the box in front of my garage door in the pouring rain with only a small piece of plastic over the box. Never rang bell. Two granddaughters came and lugged box into house. I was amazed after getting mattress onto bed and then opening vacuum seal with plastic cutter included it opened up to a Queen mattress. No odors or outgassing of any kind. Appears well made. The first night neither my husband or myself could get to sleep. 2nd night he slept the whole night and I only woke once. Love, love, love it.It is a Queen Firm.

The online buying experience was easy to do. Delivery was quick. The mattress isn't as good as I expected, but it's okay. I wouldn't recommend it to others and don't know how it got so many good reviews.

It was really easy placing the order but it took two weeks for the delivery… It says on the website one to two days. It makes it hard to plan on having someone around to help move it and set it up… Also the first date that I was given was August 4 and I almost took down the bed I have now to get ready for it! Glad I didn't.

Great mattresses. Easy ordering process. There shouldn't be a minimum word count for this box. That's preventing me from submitting this review and making me regret agreeing to review. Please remove that minimum word count.

The bed was delivered early when I was out of town. This caused me to have to hire someone to come to my house and bring the bed inside, and someone else to set it up when I got home. Stressfull!

The mattress is comfortable. It does seem to have a heat buildup that I didn't experience with my traditional mattress.

I haven't set up my bed yet because I have to carry it up some stairs and it weighs over 100 pounds. When I initially thought about Winkbed, I thought there would be set up and the removal of my old mattress. I'm sure I'll love it once its' set up.

You really shouldn't have a length requirement for my experience. If I don't care to elaborate, you shouldn't push the case. I had a nice description of how easy you made my experience, but now I have to have x number of characters so its not going to be as pleasant. Please politely learn to take a win, and not push to irritate your customers.

Was shopping for a new eco-friendly mattress that did not offgas or have harmful irritants - this was my first mattress purchasing endeavor, as the mattress I just got rid of I've had since high school (it was past time lol). Tried another brand first and it was too firm. Ordered the Winkbed Eco second and it was perfect! Like sleeping on a giant pillow. Thankfully most, if not all, mattresses have a refund return policy so I was able to send the first one back and I look forward to keeping my Winkbed Eco for years to come!
A note though: read the instructions that come with it! In order to keep the bed from getting misshapen, you have to rotate it every 2 weeks for the first 3 months and then every 2 months after that. Just added it to my digital calendar as a recurring event so I wouldn't forget because I would hate for this lovely experience to get ruined by user error.

I spent a lot of time researching mattress until I found winkbeds wish I came across it sooner. It took me about 10 minutes browsing the mattress types and some reviews and just decided to go for it. The 120 day return helped too just in case. I have a few herniated discs and learned I need a firm bed rather than the soft foam beds I'm used to and are highly advertised. It took me a few days to adjust to winkbed's firmness but I kept thinking, is this real? I'm on a cloud, I got the firmer model. It is so thick that any movement I make, the mattress stays in place and keeps its form. I think this will be a game changer for my back and I feel the firmness will help with spin alignment even if I sleep on my side. Hope the firmness lasts a while. I've haven't considered spending this price on a mattress in the past but so far I think I made a good investment!
