FRAUDS SAGGING BED!

I bought a bed a year ago I weigh 170 pounds and the bed started to sag. They claim to have lifetime warranty, which is a lie. They told me certain pics to send and I did. Showing the bed is defected. Yet they won't replace it and are giving me a hard time DONT GET FOOLED, bad customer service and liars will never buy again.

I just received a Wink mattress this week. Because of the way that it is shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping, the corners came damaged (all four corners are bulging out because the foam is angled out). I have exchanged multiple emails with Wink requesting a replacement mattress, and so far they have refused. I feel very mislead by the stated return policy on their website, and I will continue fighting this. Be aware that they shrink wrap the mattress for shipping, potentially causing damage, and are unwilling to honor their return policy. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Deceptive Website

Their deceptive website caused me to purchase a $200 bed frame that was not necessary for my bed and when I contacted them to return an unopened product, they fell back on their no return policy. The only reason they need a no return policy on their bed frames is because they use deception to sell them. BEWARE! Customer service has offered no help at all. Not happy with our experience so far.

I cannot believe this company. We read such incredible reviews and I wish I had found this site. Same issue as others have stated. As SOON as our trial was up the springs started poking into my back so hard I wake up with red marks(for reference I am 5'5" 120 pounds). I just had a baby and sleep is so precious, so this is lack of sleep due to a mattress is devastating to me. We actually liked the mattress until it started to go wrong! And the fact that this company won't do anything aside from telling me I can buy another mattress for 50% off, which I would never purchase from them again, and then told me to buy a topper is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The trial period is about the length that we liked the mattress, buyers beware.

When we purchased these horrible beds we were told we could return both of them for a full return if we were not happy with them. We purchased a twin xl and a full because we are using 2 adjustable bed frames. These beds are absolutely horrific. When we called in after waiting the required 30 days, we were informed that they would not return both beds, but only 1. We talked to one of their higher ups and asked him to listen to the phone call where we were told that both beds could be returned and he informed us they deleted those calls (how convenient). I am a disabled american veteran, and this is how i was treated by this company... with disrespect, being lied to and taken advantage of, and in my opinion they basically stole my money. Stay far away from winkbeds because what they tell you they will not honor...

Free trial lie

Delivery Trauma
April 24, 2018

I don't have my mattress yet - just to state that up front. Delivery has been nothing short of traumatic. They scheduled delivery for 8 days ago, and it never arrived. Now I'm being told they can't find a company to haul away my old mattress as promised (and paid for). Just be ready for delays and trauma in actually receiving your bed.

I ordered a Wink Bed in the medium firm a few months ago. It was very comfortable to both of us at first. However, we both have major spine problems and different sleeping styles. After a month or so, we realized the mattress was just not the right kind of mattress for our very specific medical problems & differing sleep styles. I contacted Wink Beds to let them know we needed to return it. This was completed within the return period by one email to customer service - with absolutely no problem at all. Joseph even set up a time for Salvation Army to come pick it up from our house because they donate returned items to a charity local to the customer. The mattress was not right for our special needs, but I give the company five stars because the product is a very nice product overall (guests tried it out and loved it while we had it) and the ease of returning it was amazing.

We just received notice from Joseph of Winkbeds that we won't be able to return our mattress because it's been over our 101 night allotment.
The issues we had with the bed
1. Even the firm mattress doesn't give adequate support
2. If you sit on the edge of the bed, it caves in and you start to slip off
3. Even though we got the firm mattress, the mattress leaves a permanent impression of our bodies in the mattress so that there is a valley where we each sleep and a corresponding, noticeable lump in the center of the bed
Joseph told us that we could get a replacement mattress if the depressions were more than 1 1/2 inches. How would a new mattress be any different than the old mattress? There would be the same issues.
We forgot to mark our calendar as to when the 101 nights were up and now we are stuck with the not so perfect mattress. We think we could have done better going to a retail store and not relying on all the wonderful testimonials.

Aaaaahhh

I love this bed. After so many years I keep expecting to wake up a few times in the night because something hurts and getting up in the morning stiff. Those days are gone. The worst thing I can say is I slept over 10 hours Sat and Sunday and didn't get done all I wanted to do. I'm a large woman and don't sink in to far and I don't sleep hot. This bed has great edge support too. I recomend this bed for anyone. It's worth every penny!
