Purchased "Windowpane Sliding Door Driftwood Gray Cabinet" online. It was delivered to me completely bent, broken, gouged on the front of it, and with broken sliding door mechanisms. I ordered it because it was not available at my store and because I am disabled/do not have a truck to drive a display cabinet home (or the ability to unload it, even with assistance).

Customer service is soooo unresponsive. After three days of waiting for an answer from them (sent them the below pictures), they send me an email that says "Please adhere to normal return policy by taking the item back to the store or printing a fedex label and taking the item to fedex."

First, is Kirkland's going to send someone to repack this thing?! Are they going to send fedex to pick this thing up?! I am not an able-bodied person here! Second, this cabinet is so trashed that it needs to go in the trash - do they think they are still going to SELL it? On top of everything, I bought the item on sale and was charged regular price!

Copying upper management at Kirkland's does nothing... As I copied my correspondence, including these pictures, to *******@kirklands.com (over Customer Service) as well as to *******@kirklands.com (VP). No wonder your company has been in the news with financial problems. You place no value on customer service or customer experience!

Paid for a Fitbit along with two day shipping as a birthday gift. Four business days later, there was no Fitbit. My friend's birthday came and went, still no Fitbit. I contacted them via online chat. NO apology, NO explanation - they stated that "the order was processed today and it was shipping out the next day." I asked for a refund of the shipping cost and was told "since it had not yet been charged to my credit card, they could not refund the shipping."

At this point, I am wondering why Fitbit's customer service is not more apologetic and also wondering if I really want to deal with them if the product has any problems. I tell them to cancel the order, since it has not been charged to my credit card or shipped yet. They refuse to cancel the order "because it has already been processed."

Long story short: They shipped the product the next day (OR SO THEY SAY) and it arrived at my home (OR SO THEY SAY) while we were not home for a few days in a row. I never saw it. I refuted the charge on my credit card. Fitbit sent the tracking number to my bank to "prove" it arrived at my home and the bank denied my refund. The tracking number means nothing in terms of me having it in my hand and it would normally be the seller's responsibility to file for insurance when a package just goes missing. But Fitbit is no normal seller! PLEASE save yourself the aggravation of dealing with Fitbit and buy a different product from a different manufacturer! Judging by these reviews, many people agree! Just looked up their BBB rating. They have 772 complaints in the last three years. It takes consistently poor business practices to make that many people angry enough to file a complaint.

I ordered a Wink Bed in the medium firm a few months ago. It was very comfortable to both of us at first. However, we both have major spine problems and different sleeping styles. After a month or so, we realized the mattress was just not the right kind of mattress for our very specific medical problems & differing sleep styles. I contacted Wink Beds to let them know we needed to return it. This was completed within the return period by one email to customer service - with absolutely no problem at all. Joseph even set up a time for Salvation Army to come pick it up from our house because they donate returned items to a charity local to the customer. The mattress was not right for our special needs, but I give the company five stars because the product is a very nice product overall (guests tried it out and loved it while we had it) and the ease of returning it was amazing.

Ordered food through Bite Squad after taking a lengthy break from using them. Although drivers have always been polite & professional, they were taking more than two hours to deliver food to our house.

Last night, I gave them another chance. However, they brought the wrong food (READ: recipient is allergic to what they brought & we had to trash it) & there were completely missing items as well. The customer service people were less than sympathetic, telling me they would refund the missing item, but credit the "wrong" item to my Bite Squad account. So, let's see? Every time Bite Squad screws up, they get new guaranteed business from me? No thank you! The fact that the customer service people were so incredibly indifferent to the "you brought food that would put my hubby in the hospital if he had taken a bite of it, which is worse than not bringing food at all" argument, tells me it's time to never use their service again!

This is far from the first time they've brought the wrong food or (on the other end of things) taken hours to get it here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me a dozen times, wow do I feel stupid! Avoid like the plague! You're better off ordering the food yourself and paying a neighborhood teen to bring it to you... Really.
