If I have a question there's always someone to take my call and facilitate. In a short time my surprise arrives, and day after day there's another surprise to open and enjoy. I love Wine Insiders. They offer specials almost monthly. I like dry wines and I've had some wines I like better than others but there has never been anything I simply didn't like. Free shipping on 6+ bottles of wine is one of best deals I've seen. I usually get 12-15 bottles and some places won't pay shipping on a case!.

The wines came in the right time and I didn't try them yet. But Coustumer service is horrible. They supposed to send me 2set of 2 glasses, after I contact them and I got 2 plastic decanters. I contacted them again before I wrote the review to see what's going on and nobody reaches me anymore. After a order of 12 bottles this is all what I'm getting, for sure never again. Unhappy.

It appears that we were out of stock on the Govino brand wine tumblers so they substituted them with another Govino branded item, the decanter. Both items are made of the same shatterproof material. The decanters would actually be considered an upgrade as it has a higher dollar value than the Govino glasses. Someone has reached out to you regarding the matter if you'd like to discuss it further.

Mail order wines can be a crapshoot. Wine Insiders has a very good selection at low prices. It's true that not every grower or bottle matches your taste; it's subjective. But when you find your favorites, you'll want more and more. And at these prices, no complaints (You can always cook with it.)

Their wines are awful, especially the reds, which are either watery, flat, bitter or strangely flavored. The wine is from obscure labels; if you ask a liquor distributor about any of them, they'll give you a blank stare. These are wines distributors don't want, and Wine Insiders buys them at low prices and resells them at a profit. I stopped buying from them after many unsatisfactory wines. They promise a refund, but if you complain more than they like, they give you a store credit instead. After awhile we realized we were simply being sold more bad wine, so we stopped buying from them.

I'm very glad my son-in-law introduced me to Wine Insiders. The wines are first rate and the prices are truly wonderful. They promised good quality wines from around the world at very good prices, and that's exactly what I have been experiencing. I am not a wine connoisseur, but I do like certain types of wines and to experience the variety of wines produced in various countries around the world. It is also extremely important that a company is easy to deal with and stands behind their promises, which is exactly what I have found is the case. I recently experienced a mixup on the packaging of wines in my order, this is the first time this had happened. I called them up to make arrangements to resolve the problem. Not only did they fix the problem they did it while I was still on the phone and shipped it out the same day. I have absolutely no qualms that any problems I may experience in the future will be handled just as well.

The 12 wines I ordered came packed properly, no breakage. They arrived on time as promised. And I am still enjoying them. One problem did occur. I was told I would be getting a magnum of Champaign with my order. I did not get one. I called Wine Insiders, the customer service individual said she was sorry for the mix-up. And she gave me a $20 credit for the next time I order wine. So the problem was fixed with no fighting about it. Good service, I would add to this review.
