I love this site for buying wine. It's not a club where you have to buy wine a few times a year. You only buy when and how much you want. They have great prices, the wine is always good and it's delivered to your home within a couple of days. Delivery is always free if you buy a certain amount-usually at least 6 bottleS but sometimes 12. It depends on the deals and prices of the wine.

Always a great selection of wines in a wide range of price points. Shipping is fast and always well packed. Wine Insiders is my go to for my wine purchases. Their ratings on the website are very accurate. The convenience of having wine delivered to my door, or a nearby pick up point is fantastic. You do not have recurring deliveries like most wine clubs. When you want wine, just order. They do send an email almost every day, and when you see something interesting, just order and it shows up within a week, most of the time.
The only downside is they do not carry some of the wines of my favorite vineyards. On the other hand, I have tried many new wines I cannot find at my local shops. As stated above, the ratings on the website are excellent.

They advertised a coupon on their site and did not honor it. We called customer service and got no return phone call. We emailed no return emails. When we did order from this company we had a problem with a few bottles of wine that was sour and they never alleviated the problem at all when we finally did get in touch with customer service. They are horrible. Stay away!

I was somewhat concerned with the quality of the red wines I was buying at such low prices. But I have to say all were good and most were great. I rated each wine one to ten, with a ten being the best, and all 12 were 8 or above. Several were 10 and many were 9. A great deal at the price. I have actually placed a second order since we are eating dinner at home most nights. These wines are a wonderful addition to our home cellar. Highly recommend as they are priced way below our wine club deliveries and wonderful for weekday meals, or even for fancy weekend meals!

I was skeptical purchasing from WineInsiders based off of the previous reviews on this page. However, I had already purchased a gift card through Groupon & figured afterwards if WineInsiders is really a scam then oh well, no big loss to my wallet. I placed my order for 6 Gold Winner bottles of wine on a Friday. Few days later I received my shipping notification, & then the following Thursday it arrived at my door via UPS. All 6 bottles were correct & accounted for. I am sorry to hear others had an awful experience. However, my experience was beyond perfect & I have no doubt I will be ordering from them again.

We have used wine insiders for some time as our go to wine club. We were happy with quality and price so saw no need to look elsewhere; then covid 19 hit and it seemed prices went up significantly, appeared to be about 40% so we ordered none. I wrote the company and soon I received a email from the President offering me a 40% off voucher. We ordered again and were happy with the quality of that wine.
