I ordered the wig Nia Long is wearing under African American Wigs. What I received was nothing like it. I got a wig that was so silky smooth, how can they call it African American wigs? The texture was not even close to African American hair. The part was also about 1" long, in the photo it's about 3-4" long. Finally, the lace was so light, it was for caucasian skin tone. How can they call this wig for African Americans? Just because they have Nia Long photo? The photo has nothing to do with the wig I received. Now, it's been 5 days and they have not responded to my return request. Thanks goodness paypal and Visa are on my side, they opened a dispute and gave me a temporary credit until they can reach the merchant.

I received this today on time! And I have to say I love it. Color was a little darker but the length for me was perfect! Awesome product and very natural looking. I have been told I have never looked better! Well worth the money!

This product was of high quality and arrived sooner than I thought. Color was exactly like what was shown on the website. Higher quality than other products at the same price.
I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy.com and it is the worst mistake I have ever made! I spent over $200 for the wig I wanted. I should have done more research before making the purchase. I have learned that their images of the wigs are just googled images of women, NOT of someone wearing their product and that they are the ones writing the reviews on their website after communicating with them for now over 3 months! They are absolutely awful. I have done everything they have asked to get my refund since the wig was not at all the quality or look I was expecting and now over 3 months later I am still batteling with them to get my refund and also refund me shipping of an additional $90 I had to pay to ship it back and they don't even want to refund me the full amount I paid for the horrible wig! It was so bad that I definitely couldn't keep it. I wouldn't be caught in it. I opened the box, took the wig out and with one look knew I had made a terrible mistake and I am still paying for it and am now out more than $300 at this point! Please DO NOT order from them and put yourself in the situation I am in with them! I don't want that for anyone. I hope this reaches a lot of you out there!
I love the wig very much, When I order again I will order a full lace wig though. The perma-tease isn't terrible but I think it would look more natural as a lace wig. Other wise I got what I expected when I expected it in awesome condition. I will order again.
The second time I ordered a my experience was dreadful. The order was placed the day of Thanksgiving with hopes that I would receive my wig in time for Christmas. Well, I did not receive it in time. I emailed them more than a dozen times to hear excuse after excuse about my wig was on the way. Well it wasn't. When the wig did arrive, it looked awful. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I returned it. They lost my business. I will never order from this company again. They refused to give me a fund refund. I found them very unprofessional. The people responding to the email can barely speak good English. Thumbs down for Wigsbuy. You lost a valuable customer in me.
