I have the return address. However their mailbox is full now, probably so many complaints. They go by many names and emails. Please do not order from this company. They have wonderful pictures of wigs from even famous people but they are not the ones they send. Beware. I am working with credit card company to get a credit. Also Pay Pal.
American Wigs, wearawigwithme, Jenreau, and many more titles they have. The wigs are not what they appear and if you send them it goes to China and cost more then the wig. I had over 15 emails and now they do not answer. They offer discounts on your credit card. I have contacted my credit card and I have to call paypal. I don't even have and account with them and it seemed they accepted my payment. The wigs are horrible and it is not a US site. Do not order!
I ordered a wig from this place, the color was WAY off from the picture and the wig looked Very cheap. I have e-mailed them 3 times to find out how to mail it back and get my refund and they will not respond. I should have been smarter, anytime they won't provide a phone number just an e-mail should be my first clue.
. I just received the wig I ordered off Facebook from this company and it is nothing like the one I ordered. It is trash and not a Jon Renau as advertised. I paid $40 Canadian with the exchange and am now out of pocket. I am going to take this up with Paypal and my credit card company but, after reading these reviews, I don't hold out much hope of a refund. This is disgusting that Facebook allows these scams to continue. Picture shows what I ordered - you don't want to see what I got - longer really bad wig
The web site indicated free returns, but when I attempted to return the wig, I was offered $8.31 because postage to China nearly exceeded the cost of the wig. Plus the quality was terrible. I could not arrange the style to that pictured on the web page. I really wish I had checked the reviews here before ordering.
I'm a cancer patient who was excited to receive what I ordered. Unfortunately, what I received was not what I ordered, no comparison. After going back and forth with company, they want to give me $6.00 credit, and I can keep a wig, I would never wear. Or I can pay for shipping back to China, after they admitted it was their error.
This is a scam. The company is in China. The wigs you receive are NOT what is pictured, they are NOT the name brand wig you see advertised. To return the wigs to China the cost is astronomical. Filed claim with PayPal. Stay away!
Took a month to get my product. It says American but it came from China. It feels like straw and is itchy. The top is really thick and doesn't look natural in color! Stay away!
