I think it is a scam also, I send pics of the 2 wigs I ordered that were not remotely like the pic or descriptions. I was polite, but after 14 emails and then they send me a China return address. I did not even know I was dealing with China. Then they said if product was damaged they would take money from my credit card. I am outraged at this company and will never order anything from a foreign country. I think they advertise a refund if not satisfied is totally bogus.
