Carol, can you list the China address here so I can figure return s&h. Also, if you refuse their "discounts," they will continue to increase the amounts. It's still not enough to cover the cost, but if you need the money, it may help. Also, if you used PayPal or Amex, file a complaint with them. Again, you may not get much, let alone all, but you may get a little satisfaction.

I send over 14 emails and one said not to send back to china. My last one was a China address and they said I would have to pay the S&H and if damaged they would take money out of my credit card. I told them I was going to report to Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. They have no business doing business like this. It is terrible and I would tell anyone not to order from this company. They also have a couple different names.

You cannot call them. They are in China. Only emails and communication isn't that great
