Specifically speaking, I placed and order on the 5th of October. I logged in to check for any updates (such as an estimated shipping date, or even an ETA). The representative was very nice and attempted to reach the warehouse for me, but the phone rang and rang. It is a small order and my first order of it's kind as opposed to Amazon supplies.
So, for now I am leaving 3 stars.
I hope that I will be able to update this when and IF my supplies start their journey to me. Like I mentioned, it is just a small order, but I am looking forward to it none the less.

I ordered 4 xl pieces of foam board from them. My first shipment arrived badly damaged & unusable. I sent photos and clearly described the damage as well as their packing defaults that I believe were the cause. They sent me out a second shipment packed EXACTLY the same as the first with even more damage than the first shipment. Again, I sent photos. I never heard from them again, nor was I ever refunded my $187 dollars.

I ordered 4 canvas prints and they came wrapped in excellent condition. You could tell that this company takes pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I intend to order some additional items from them.

I had been using wholesale arts and frames for 8 years without issue. Last year I submitted two orders that were never fulfilled because they were out of stock. Here it is 8 months later and still no word from them. And no refund. My emails have gone unanswered.

Sorry! I really wanted to like/use this company instead of $#*!blick or another large company. I spent about $2000 on stretched canvases and canvas panels. I'm really disappointed and I'm a full time artist looking for reliable suppliers.

Shipment was late two weeks. When I communicated with customer service they blamed it on shipper but then realized they still had to build several of the stretcher bars and canvases.

I had to use canvas retensioner/tightened because the way in which they were shipped pressed the edges and created indents in the canvas near the stretcher bars.

Canvas panels had wrinkled and buckled paper on the backs of almost all of them. Poor craft and gluing.

I communicated by phone and email about my complaints and I was promised that I would get some sort of compensation but none arrived. They were very pleasant but I got the feeling it was politeness not sincere concern.

I have had similar but not as bad problems with Blick or Utrecht but when something is damaged or unusable, those companies send replacements free of charge, and sometimes have sent me a small coupon or gift certificate to compensate me.

I placed a small order on July 9th. I contacted them on the 18th. Was told it had shipped that day. Product arrived the 26th. I liked the quality of the mats it they add to the presentation of my painting. My only issue is the time it took from ordering to receiving my purchase.

I got three frames from them and it took a while to have them customized. But they came finally and the quality is very high. The price of the frame is very reasonable while the shipping is a little bit expensive. I will buy from them again.

My canvases are of excellent quality. Price range is reasonable. Customer service is great, and shipping is fast. They have a wide selection of hand-painted art that has been signed by the artist themselves.
I definitely going to purchase them the next time.

First, let me say that the quality of my canvases from WholesaleArtFrames are far superior to other canvases I have purchased from, well, anywhere. I'm not sure how they keep their prices so low, given the superb quality of their product. A+ on the customer service. Very responsive to my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised at the way my canvases were packaged for shipping. They arrived without a dent, scratch or damaged corners. I LOVE that I came across this great seller while browsing the internet. Buy with 100% confidence!
