Received the canvases today. As a first time customer, to let you know that I could not be more pleased! When I opened the box the smell of freshly cut wood used to build the frame to stretch the canvas over, wafted out. The quality is fabulous & I'm happy that I took a chance. I've been commissioned by someone to do a piece so I took a huge risk ordering online from a company I knew nothing about for this large 30X40 piece. And I bundled in order to get a better deal so I have canvases on hand now for other projects. I've only painted for myself or as gifts. So I am nervous but excited to sell a piece. So thank you for providing such a quality product that will allow my art to shine. The only reason for a less than perfect rating is that shipping was over $50.

Have ordered from them on 3 occasions. All previous orders were satisfactory, most recent order for $556.94, was not shipped for nearly a month. Order Placed on November 27th and not shipped until December 19th. I placed phone calls, and used their online messaging system to inquire why they had immediately charged me but not shipped the product. They simply ignored my inquiries (no email, phone call or message system responses at all). Too bad they were a good supplier but they handled my most recent order horribly, unless they respond with some type of apology I won't be giving them any more business.

Otally dis-satisfied with the service, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a reply (3 emails directly to the company about shipping status). It appears they sell out of stock items and do not reply to emails. Very poor customer service and inventory status, it is the first and last time I am purchasing from the business. I kindly requested them to inform me of the out of stock items and forward my shipment as is and refund me the rest of the purchase.

I had been using wholesale arts and frames for 8 years without issue. Last year I submitted two orders that were never fulfilled because they were out of stock. Here it is 8 months later and still no word from them. And no refund. My emails have gone unanswered.

I placed a small order on July 9th. I contacted them on the 18th. Was told it had shipped that day. Product arrived the 26th. I liked the quality of the mats it they add to the presentation of my painting. My only issue is the time it took from ordering to receiving my purchase.

Sorry! I really wanted to like/use this company instead of $#*!blick or another large company. I spent about $2000 on stretched canvases and canvas panels. I'm really disappointed and I'm a full time artist looking for reliable suppliers.

Shipment was late two weeks. When I communicated with customer service they blamed it on shipper but then realized they still had to build several of the stretcher bars and canvases.

I had to use canvas retensioner/tightened because the way in which they were shipped pressed the edges and created indents in the canvas near the stretcher bars.

Canvas panels had wrinkled and buckled paper on the backs of almost all of them. Poor craft and gluing.

I communicated by phone and email about my complaints and I was promised that I would get some sort of compensation but none arrived. They were very pleasant but I got the feeling it was politeness not sincere concern.

I have had similar but not as bad problems with Blick or Utrecht but when something is damaged or unusable, those companies send replacements free of charge, and sometimes have sent me a small coupon or gift certificate to compensate me.

I've ordered from them several times in the past.

The price is always # 1 (I searched many websites and noone else came close to their low prices)

The Quality is decent. (Better than anyhting in this price range).

They usually ship fairly fast. (many items ship next day (if you ask for same day shipping-they will probably be able to do that as well), other than those that have to produced first - ask them if you're not sure).

I'm very pleased and will continue to do business.

We buy thousands of stretcher bars a year for our canvas printing business. We used to buy from another large, well know company, until my daugther had the idea to do a google search.
We found the wholesale art frames website and were Very surprised at the low prices + bulk discounts.

We called and decided to make a good size order for 0.75,1.5 " bars (saving us over $400 compared to the other supplier) and got our items a few days later.

The vast majority of the bars are good quality and we are pleased with the price and fast turnaround time.

Their pre-stretched canvases are the worst. Their stretcher bars and support braces are "dove-tailed" making them easy to come apart/snap. The bars and or braces had come apart on 5 out of 10 canvases. Three of the replacements they sent arrived with the same problem. They blamed it on my UPS guy and said "he must not like you, because no one else has complained". I wasn't expecting the canvas to be perfect, and I can see 1 maybe 2 bad canvases, but half? If I wanted to stretch my own, I would. BE WARNED!

I highly recommend Wholesale Arts Frames in North Hollywood, CA. They are a great frame company providing excellent quality frames with excellent customer service. They truly care about customers and make you feel valued. I recently ordered several 4" ornate wood frames and they are beautiful with excellent quality. When I ordered the frames, I read the website disclaimer saying the lead time would be a few weeks but I definitely can tell you that it is worth it. The frames are gorgeous! Also, when I had a problem with one order, they worked quickly to make things better and treated me with so much respect and kindness. I definitely plan to order more frames with Wholesale Arts Frames in North Hollywood, CA.

I had placed several orders for pre-stretched canvas and 25% where irregulars so I had submitted a review and they had responded and apologized and and they said they will go thru them before they ship them out to me. This time I ordered 160 pieces and only 2 was a little 'edgy' but I can fix that very easily. I love that they come with the removable plastic bag that I can re-use again! Thank-you customer service for keeping your word. I will order from you again soon!

I have a gallery and was in need of canvas prints. I found the www.wholesaleartsframes.com and placed order.

I was in a hurry so i went with expedited production and i received my prints about 2 weeks later.

Wholesaleartsframes.com made a customer out of me. The quality of prints are beautiful and i already sold some. Not to mention the great deal i got.

Other companies will charge you five-ten times as much for similar quality prints.

I work for a large recording studio and was given the task of purchasing 1500 stretched canvas prints.

I was looking for the best deal and BINGO-I found it Here. I was surprised at how low the prices were (after the discount - The quote they gave me was at least 50% cheaper than any other company).

I of course was concrened with quality as well so I decided to get a sample. After receiving it I was pleased and placed the large order- which I just received yesterday.

I'm very Happy- The colors are great, the Stretching is nice and tight and I just saved thousands of dollars.

I was looking for heavy, primed roll canvas. I saw some on their website for the width and weight that I wanted. I had some questions and sent an email. After 6 days and no response I called. It seemed very disorganized and the rep had to place me on hold a few times to get info. She said I could come to the warehouse and look at the canvas before purchasing, which I appreciated. I went out there, and got someone to go get the canvas to show me. It said on the website that it was 13 oz primed. I had samples with me of 10 oz primed canvas from another on-line seller for comparison. What they showed me was thinner than the 10 oz sample I brought. There was no way it was 13 oz. Buyer beware. If I had ordered this on-line I would not have gotten what I thought I had paid for. That canvas was more like 7 oz. I'm writing this as a warning. Do not buy the roll canvas from this company.

I have ordered many 3 inch deluxe frames.The frames are priced great (Far Better priced than any other company I've seen) and the only trouble I have had is consistency of stains on Mahogany. It has come in 4 very different colors/tones so I'm going to have to choose another color. Frames are packed well and I haven't had any breakage.
