On August 16,2022, I ordered a Dell 8950 computer from Amazon. When I realized that it did not come with a built-in CD/DVD drive, I called and requested the package not be sent and not for it to be delivered but it was delivered so I had to return the package.
The computer was sent back to Amazon and received by Amazon in Goodyear, Arizona on August 29,2022. On September 5,2022, I spoke to a Jennifer R. Who said that she was the manager of returns, I was put on hold, and when she came back on the line, I was hung up on before I could hear anything. I have the UPS return number, 1Z9758VX*******133, and printed the Proof of Delivery to Amazon from UPS. Amazon, Jennifer R., refuse to refund my 1,716.60 stating that I received the item and did not return it. Please review the attached documentation as it is their shipping and receiving who lied or was so incompetent that they would rather steal $1,716.60 dollars from me rather than admit they are wrong or they stole the computer and kept it and sold it to someone. The main point here is that EVERYTHING was explained to Wells Fargo but they chose to take Amazon's lie rather than protect their customer. Bottom line, I am closing every account and pressing grand theft charges on both Wells Fargo and Amazon Inc. In addition, small amounts of money disappears every other month and they deny or make up lies to protect their asses. Very bad!
I deposited a Bank Verified Cashier's Check into my wells fargo account and they placed a Two-Week Hold on the check with the excuse that they had to verify the other person's Funds who drew the Cashier's Check. The purpose of a Cashier's Check is to guarantee the funds from the bank's own account rather than your personal account - https :// www.huntington.com/learn/checking-basics/what-is-cashiers-check#:~:text=With%20a%20cashier%20check%2C%20the,from%20a%20personal%20bank%20account. When I complained to the Executive Office of wells fargo I was met with Rude Phone Rep after Rude Phone Rep. Suffice it to say I am in the process of closing ALL of my wells fargo accounts and moving to another more accommodating bank. STAY AWAY FROM wells fargo!
My stepmother passed away over 2.5 years ago, and left the bulk of her financial accounts to my brother and me. While things got slowed down by the pandemic and probate court issues, it still took a considerable time to get the tax paid money out of WF Financial Services, and even then, I had to amend my 2021 tax return because I didn't get the correct information from WF regarding capital gains until a few months ago. Since then, for about a year now, we have been trying to get the tax deferred money from the one remaining account released to us. It has just been a continuous cycle of excuses, lost paperwork, more excuses, and, in my opinion, incompetent delays. There is no way I would ever let them handle a account for me.
I used to be a big supporter of wellsfargo but now I'm giving a warning to anyone looking to open a credit card with them. I had a propel card with a 12 grand limit and was a customer for over 5 years. Over 800 credit score. Always paid my balance off every month, 10 days before the due date and never used more then 20% of my available credit every month. In all ways had a perfect rapport. Averaged $400-$500 in cash back every year. Conveniently one month before I was going to cash in my points for the year which were at an all time high of over $600 in value they dropped me, canceled my card with no warning and forfeited all my points I earned ($650.00 value). They provided a vague letter with no answer why and said my points were forfeited... In wake of this banks scandal going public I am warning everyone they are crooks and will drop you if you are smart with you credit and cost them money in points over the long term. Beware there are better creditors out there.
After I had an account for 25+ years (They gobbled up my previous bank.), they refused to issue a new card to me unless I physically go to a branch. Problem is that I'm disabled and can't get to the US as I live in Mexico. They also refused to close my account after I managed to remove all of my funds. I would need to physically go to a branch to close the account! So, they can now collect monthly fees for not having funds in the account I can't close by phone or online. I'm pretty sure it's against state and federal law to discriminate against disabled persons. Do not bank with Wells, and if they take over your bank, get out fast! Don't wait like I did! Too bad there's no zero stars.
I'm in escrow and needed to do a couple of wire transfers -- one at the beginning of escrow and one at the end of escrow. I made the first wire transfer a month ago on advice of a Wells Fargo rep over the phone who advise me (which is why I called). The rep told me that when I need to make my final escrow transfer, I can do it the same way but it'll be easier the second time because the Escrow Bank account is all set up now. Well, tonight, 11/16/2022, I tried to do the final escrow deposit online and it would not go through -- the rep gave me bad information. I called Wells Fargo, and Maria couldn't help me. Maria said banking nowadays is very difficult, said it's hard to get an appointment and some banks don't even answer their phones, etc. I asked for more help. She sent me to the escalation manager whose name is Olga. Olga was EXTREMELY RUDE to me over the phone. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and blamed me for the situation of me not being able to do the transfer, blamed me for the fact that she they couldn't get me a timely appointment at my branch. IT WAS SURREAL to say the least. I told her to stop talking down her nose to me in a condescending manner. She said she'll hang up on me if I yell. I said I'd stop yelling if she stopped talking down her nose to me. UNBELIEVABLE. First I'm given bad advice then I get the worlds worst escalation manager who was only good at escalating one thing -- my blood pressure. There are not enough words to convey how awful Olga spoke to me over the phone. Eventually, she hung up on me! Even after we found a way to speak to one another rationally she simply hung up on me -- which only solidified my thoughts that she's horrible and should not be a customer service rep. What is wrong with Wells Fargo that they hire someone like her? One can only wonder. I shut down Bank of America in 1990 for bad customer service and never looked back. Sorry to say I have to yet again remove a banking institution from my life. Needless to say, I will change banks AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO EVER AGAIN!
My name is Keith Marks i have an auto loan with wells Fargo. Highly disrespectful rep that just hung up in my face after making a payment. Rep was rude as soon as she answered the phone. Almost as if she just woke up and me calling to make a payment is a problem.
They're underwriting department has questionnaire questions that make absolutely no sense! I have been involved with hundreds of Condominium Loans as a Real Estate Broker and every time a Buyer uses Wells Fargo there's always a problem! My last client decided not to buy because it was too stressful to continue with her loan! Never again...

Wells Fargo are a bunch of crooks and they lost my business. I have a Dillard's card through Wells Fargo and found out today my account was past due not because they called or I got anything in the mail but because my credit score took a hit. I called and they said they haven't received a payment since August. Let me say I always pay my bills and I've never had this issue with any other credit card but this is the second time this has happened. I said wouldn't I have gotten something in the mail or a call if my account was pass due. The customer service rep said they called everyday. I said well wouldn't I have gotten a voicemail if I didn't answer. He says they don't leave voicemails who doesn't leave voicemails. I'm furious. I have received nothing about my account being pass due and I don't believe they called me every day. Literally the only way I knew my account was pass due was from the hit on my credit score. I paid my balance off but I'm done with this bank. Something is seriously off with them. I don't have this issue with any other company.
Had an account for 10 years and now I'm closing it because of there security bs. I had to dispute an amazon because there dumb asses double posted it. Now evertime i use my check cashing card I have to verify every transaction even bills by text which don't work they still decline 25 dollar bill when I had over 1000 in the account. Now Wells Fargo won't hit a button on pc to take me off the security. Which I didn't even authorize them to put me on. Now top that there automate phone system worst then it ever was when I first open account. To many steps just to be able to talk to a real person and not a dam computer. DO NOT BANK HERE Unless you want your accounts screwed up.
My wife and I have had a Wells Fargo account for 20 years. I never bothered to put my name on the account because she does the banking. So we went on a trip to Canada recently and we got Canadian money from them prior to the trip. After the trip, my wife sent me to exchange the money back. They said i could not, because i didnt have an account. I showed them her debit card, they said she would have to be there personally. I was not depositing or withdrawing monet from the account, only exchanging foreign cash that we got from them.
Some may say they were just trying to protect us. But I think it shows a lack of compassion for a family who has used their bank for over 20 years. We are done. They do not care about their customers, nor do they care about our 20 yea loyalty. We are changing banks.
They have a culture of screwing over customers and I feel that will take decades to correct. I recently had to file a complaint with the office of comptroller of currency due to the complete bungling of wire transfer. I don't like government regulation of businesses, but this company is too big and too self serving. I hope they receive the big fines the government is proposing because they have been horrible to work with for the 20+ years I have been a customer. ( I stay because they have branches in many states).
Have a credit card with Dillards run by Wells Fargo. Paid my account in full end of August. Money went thru my account and proof was sent to them beginning September. To date, I keep getting statements, same amount plus plus. Spent hours on phone with them and yes it will be corrected …according to them…. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Bunch of incompetents. What do Ihave to do, get a lawyer to sue them?
Why can't I talk to a customer service agent in the USA?. They made a few mistakes in 1 month. Some agents accents are so strong u can't understand them. Then they interchange he and she. Then they said gave me a wrong email which idk for 23days but I sent it where they told me. I was waiting on a response so I called back, then they said they stopped my debit card but didn't, so I was waiting on a new 1 that didn't come. Then they said I would get a ph call back but I didn't. They don't give out temporary debit card, they said. They want u to go paperless, I wonder why won't u call with ur findings. They were gonna send a letter within 7days, I was told but I still don't have it 3wks
Their customer service is horrible. They do not care about their customers at all! I would switch banks if it were not such a hassle.
People on the phone don't care and are very rude. They released money into my account then a few hours later took it out because of a "hold". Was never notified about the hold and they seem to think that's fine.
My elderly mother has been placed into a Nursing Home. We lost the payment sheet and she was tormented on a Sunday morning by a RUDE CS representative about being late on a payment! Needless to say she has been very upset and we can't wait until we get this loan paid off! She bought Leaf Filter a couple of years ago and the company gave her loan to this horrible Loan (shark) company! Do NOT do any dealing with Well Fargo Bank, N, A.! We found out too late...
I just start account 1 month ago for ATM business transaction. I printed check.
Now they want to close my account for no reason. When I call them they talk like robot.
Repeat same thing again and again.
But they don't give the reason.
Then they hang the phone.
I am so surprise why government allow them to do business. Who cheat people.
I
$#*! Wells Fargo I've been with them over 10 years and they will not increase my credit limit and I have paid on time for over 10 years $#*! them I will cancel my $#*! and go to the credit union that is near me because this is the $#*!tiest bank I have ever dealt with in my $#*!ing life
I have been a loyal bank member since the 1970s. First Union, Wachovia and now Wells Fargo. I am the administrator of my late uncle's estate and have dealt with 3 banks/credit unions. I can say that the other 2 banks/credit unions are so far superior to the service, reliability and communication that I have received from the Park Road Shopping center branch off Wells Fargo that I am appalled with it. I need to get into my late uncle's safe deposit boxes in order to get the inventory to the clerk of court for the probate judge. I had the first appt. Cancelled and re-scheduled. Today I called to confirm and they did not have their contractor Diebold scheduled to drill the boxes. I received no word of this and had no communication. I called to confirm today and they had no-one there to drill the boxes. Time is money and I assure you that I am on a time table and DO have other things on my calendar.
