Support non-existent. Paid for PRO version of two plugins, for two different sites (4 total premium subscriptions), and no response after 3 days. Site non-functional due to latest updates. This is not the first time they've been unhelpful or non-responsive.

I had an issue with their plugin and they had asked me for details which I sent 3 days back and gave them admin access to my backend as they had requested. I received no response whatesoever and all of a sudden 'My site just got completely distorted and the whole site is a mess! This is so scary! How can anyone touch the main website when I provided them my staging site. And that too without any email response when I had emailed them atleast 7-8 times on 5 days! Very unprofessional!

First of all, don't fall for that ridiculous countdown at the top of the page, it's a marketing trick. It restarts again and again. Secondly, they don't allow you to cancel a subscription without loosing everything you paid for. For instance, you buy a plugin from their website that comes with 1 year of updates and support. You would like to cancel the subscription to make sure you don't pay next year again, just because you forgot to cancel. Well no chance, if you cancel the subscription you won't be able to get any updates or service anymore, even though you paid for it. These types of tricks show you very well how bad the company really is. A company who tries to trick people into staying with them won't succeed in the long run because customer satisfaction will decline. On the other hand, a company that knows it creates a good product, will have their loyal customers stick with them. Not here, never again!

I purchased Dokan Multivendor (Enterprise version) for WooCommerce nearly one week ago. I found a few errors after installation which have still not been resolved. My support tickets are closed by the team before any issue is resolved. The features advertised in the enterprise version have not been granted to me and live chat support instructs me to send an email which never gets responded too. I have now asked for a refund as they advertise a 14 day money back guarantee but getting a refund or even response is proving impossible.

Reading other reviews I can see I am not alone so buyer beware. Very disappointing and expensive experience

Dokan and weForms is super!

I have created my multivendor site easily just with the Free version of Dokan. Also, the weForms lets me create any type of form and manage responses, which is not possible with some other so called good form plugins.

I just got an email back from them saying that their would not refund my purchase even though I canceled my product within the first 14 days (according to their refund policy) their reasoning was that I didn't send an email telling them I want to cancel (which I did) and that even if I request a refund, they still have the right to refuse the request.

I don't know about anyone else but in the normal world, when a customer isn't happy with a product because it doesn't function as expected, most companies give a full refund no questions asked.

If you're buying from these guys, make darn sure it's 100% what you want before you buy. Because their refund policy may as well say "no refunds because we just don't want to"

The built in features of their Dokan plugin was not enough. But their clean and well documented source code helped us to get things done in less time.

Their support team also helped us with information and testing of new features. So as a thanks, I am writing this review :)

I came across these guys when looking for a multi vendor plugin for WordPress. I landed on Dokan. It was an early release and I purchased the plugin. The sales guys basically said yes to everything I asked, bought the plugin and immediately discovered issues with it. Support was via their forum and if you see the posts in the forum it will be very apparent very quickly that they solved very little. Most of the time they simply passed the buck and delayed the response. Eventually, customer meant they were getting very poor reviews and they shut down the forum and took the support private. Now their standard response to any and all issues is, none of our other customers are getting this error so it's your set. This is untrue as the issue with some of problem with dokan and their related plugins date back to 2014 and understand they stopped selling that plugin but 100's customers who decided to purchase his plugin are now stuck and now having to spend 100£ more to put it right. I don't know about their other products but I will seriously avoid buying anything from these guys. Absolute shoddy development and very poor support.
