My men's linen shirt in ocean blue from Wedding Tropics is absolutely beautiful--a rich, saturated color and great fitting. My only knock is that it took a while to arrive. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but I'm used to quicker deliveries from online merchants. Overall, though, I'd order from the company again in a heartbeat.
The process was efficient but the turnaround time for processing to shipment seemed rather slow. Not sure why it would take two weeks to ship something that appeared to be an in-stock item.
Otherwise, it was a good experience and the product I received is very good as well.
The customer service was great. The dress arrived extremely fast(less than a week), and the dress its self was amazing quality, the sizing was spot on and all in all the dress far exceeded my expectations. The color was stunning and honestly better than the picture. Very thick material
Ordered a shirt and pants for our wedding, my fiance loved them! Customer service was great as well. I didn't realize the shirts we bought were non refundable so they walked me through which shirts were similar so we could return the ones that didn't work and order the actual one for the wedding. Super happy we found them!
The clothing I received fitted as expected and in good condition. The pants require a hem which was not clear when I purchased them. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly.

Kevin and Elizabeth were extremely helpful in getting my order corrected. Kevin handled it with professionalism and was nothing but kind and cares about his customers. At first I was upset due to the fact my wedding is approaching quickly, and I was worried I would not have the things I needed. However after speaking with Kevin and Elizabeth they made us feel so much better and assured us no worries they had our back. Anytime you order online you take a risk because you really do not know how things are made and your crossing your fingers it all comes to you as you imagined. Bought linen pants for my mother to wear at my wedding. Arrived in a timely manner, very well made, fit well. Only issue is the button hole is sewn too small to get the button through, but we just cut the hole larger with a knife. Easy fix. Overall, very happy!
Ordered pants and shirt for up coming wedding. Both were delivered in a couple of weeks. Shirt and pants fit perfectly. Fast delivery. Good fit. I'd say just it runs slightly small for an XXL, but I'm somewhere between an XL and XXL, so it's perfect for me. Quality seems spot on. I think it will be a nice shirt to wear to a wedding in Hawaii. Thank you. I'd buy it again, and I'd certainly recommend the shirt.
The company charges a return fee. My bad for not checking before placing the order. I would've took my business elsewhere. Most companies that offer online orders offer free returns in order to keep the customer coming back. I returned an item. Was charged $10.50 for it and had to reach out to the company after not receiving my refund several weeks later.
We ordered one medium long sleeve and one small short sleeve shirt along with a pair of pants for a wedding party. When they arrived, both shirts were long sleeve. I contacted them immediately and they quickly sent me a return label. I received the small sleeve shirt about 1 1/2 weeks later. The linen clothing is of great quality and they have exceptional customer service skills. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I was nervous ordering online but the shirts came and were better than ever expected. I was very happy with my decision to use Wedding Tropics. I ordered standard sizing and had the grooms shirt fitted when it arrived so I had an option if it didn't fir properly.
We waited too long to order my soon to be husband's shirt, but here is what we encountered: after seeing our order, a man named Kevin asked some questions about the size we asked for. Upon some discussion, Kevin told us a tailored shirt would be needed since my guy was tall and had long arms, etc. this made me nervous, because now we were late in ordering and had to special order on top of everything. Kevin kept reassuring me that we would get the shirt on time, and we did. We received it five days before our wedding, less than three weeks from our order date, and it fit perfectly.
