I have ordered one Suit Jacket for myself and it has genuine Italian Linen fabric material, very soft and feeling very comfortable while wearing. Super classy piece. Impressed with the service.

Looking for a shirt for a beach wedding next year and stumbled upon their website after lots of searching. The selection was great then wide choice of colours really helped narrow down what I needed. I also ended up ordering shorts.

Package arrived within a couple of weeks and quality of order was excellent good feel to material and strong stitching. Only thing was additional import duty to pay carrier / customs once arriving into U.K.

Overall I highly commend their service, quality and speed of delivery.

I send an online request to be contacted because I had questions, but nobody responded... I called during business hours and it went to voice mail. I left a message but nobody returned my call.

I placed an order for my younger brother from this website. The shipping was lightning fast! We purchased a backup because they didn't have the shirt we wanted in stock at first. We're hoping the one we want arrives before the wedding, but we're extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery speed, and shirt quality!

I suppose I should be happy just to have gotten garments I like with some response from Customer Service. And the Wedding Tropics items are excellent quality at good prices. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the answer to a simple question: What exact color is one of the items featured in a photo on the website? Wouldn't think this would require multiple conversations and emails, yet it did.

I am also still waiting for credit on two items that were returned roughly a month ago. You process my payments promptly, and the ordered items arrive in a timely fashion. Should be no different with credits for returned merchandise!

All items received in a timely manner. I was quickly informed on an item that ended up out of stock item. I was unable to decide on a replacement while on the call. They were flexible and refunded the amount so I could choose another item when my schedule allowed. That item showed up quickly and in time for our trip. Will definitely shop again.

I am very impressed with the shirts we ordered. Excellent quality and exactly what we were looking for. I was extremely nervous about the shipping. They were scheduled to arrive March 4, but didn't arrive until March 13, which was the day before we were traveling. I informed Wedding Tropics of my departure date and they made sure the shirts arrived in time. Perhaps, there should be an in-hand date for all orders in the future. Just a suggestion.
