I ordered a pair of custom linen pants for my very tall and very slim 11-year-old son to wear to my cousin's wedding in Hawaii because no commercially made pants without a drawstring fit him. I assumed that a waist measurement and inseam measurement were all that would be needed (like when you buy men's pants). The length is perfect, the waist would be good if it could get anywhere near his waist, but the rise is way too short. The top of the pants doesn't even reach the top of his underwear. If you order custom pants for a child, make sure you choose the "tailored" option so you can choose the rise of the pants, not just the waist and inseam. I was offered a discounted second pair, but having already spent quite a bit of money on a pair of pants that my son would only wear once, I chose not to take them up on their offer. The fabric is very nice, though, and the sewing work is lovely, but unfortunately, they're just not going to work for us.

Dress arrived a little later than expected, but they already told me in advance so that's perfect. The size fits perfectly, at least in my case. I had to contact them for a size change and they didn't give me any trouble, on the contrary, they gave me facilities so that I could choose the correct size. I am very happy with the purchase, I would definitely buy there again.

Easy user friendly site, and i love that the shirts are a little custom without getting crazy... the hem...the slim fit...its nice and saves me some tailoring.
When I was confused on the measurements, they sent me an attachment that I could print out, follow the "pictures" and scan back to them for a perfect fit.

I received 2 pants and 2 shirts. When ordering it has you label your order if it's custom with a name Nothing was labeled when it arrived. How am I supposed to know who it's for unless I take it out and have them try everything thing on until everything gets the best fit? Granted, I only ordered 2 sets. But what happens when someone orders 10?

The vest I ordered, and had custom sized based on my measurements at home, fits perfectly and looks exactly how I expected. Wedding Tropics also did an amazing job expediting delivery so that my vest made it in time for my wedding. Can't say thank you enough for that.
Great experience, but the vest I purchased had a bunch of colors and there were only pictures for three of them. Need pictures for each color to know what I'm buying.

An associate followed up by email promptly regarding my order; there were some stock issues with exactly what I had ordered. She quickly helped find an alternate stitch color that I think actually ended up being a nicer match for our special day, got it shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Hi John, yes and I see you returned these items. We are at our end of year time and many items out of stock, we are expecting our new year shipment within 1st week of February or so. At the time you ordered, you would have seen on screen the items were out of stock with a 2-3 week lead time indicated. You would have also received a follow up email as well that indicated the same. You ordered still.
About the collar, that shirt style you ordered is a large collar style. If you had looked at the product images when you ordered, you may have noticed this style has a large collar. It is our only large collar style.
