Good idea facilitating the marketing for these companies. All the products, in the basic kit arrived as promised. The prices are a little high compared to the dollar store but anything worth something costs something, their is a bigger picture. Also slow distribution however that is only to be expected from a new company both could be readily solved with increased sales and proper investment for the future. Keep it up and stay on mission.

I purchased an order and never received anything from this supplier I wanted to support we buy black but unfortunately they have the same classification of dealing with blacks you always tried to rob us that's where my dissatisfaction come out and there was no communication you just took the money and ran typical let's see how long that lasts.

Do not buy, look at, or think about buying the Blackify bath/shower soap. They take you money, make a USPS address label and never send you the product. Stay away from this company and website. A Scam!

On January 8th, 2024, I ordered their laundry soap that was on sale; my total was $37.27. I had been inundated with text messages and emails from this company and decided to give this black-owned company my business. So far, I have not received my order, and there has been no return communication from my Email.
What seemed questionable to me is why a black-owned company has such lousy customer service, knowing minority-owned businesses are stereotyped as having bad service.
If my order arrives, I will update this review, but I am disappointed with the company only because of the lack of communication.

I have been a vendor on their site for over a year and have not sold one product. But have sold thousands of shirts on Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and my own website www.artistictee.com. I have contacted them numerous times about advertising to increase my presence on their site but could not get a return call or email back from them for over 3 months. So to be truly honest and I hate to say it about another Black Business but they are Horrible. I have unsubscribed and really can't say anything good about them.

I'm a seller on webuyblack since October 2018 within 2 days I got my first order with no advertising so I do not know how my site was found. I have more sells on webuyblack with my etsy account & I was doing a lot of advertising. And still this day I have no clue how they find me but I am grateful. I ordered October 2022 and never received my items nor response from the company even after countless emails. But they kept my money. I do not recommend this business.

Wow what a wonderful idea for connecting black americans to support their community. Big up for these guys I'll definitely support them if all goes well.

Aftering ordering a few items popcorn, webuyblack sweater and some briefs each item came stadard shipping cost of $10 without an explanation but I recieved a credit for the popcorn and boxes. Webuyblack didnt give a credit and shipping out the sweater over some time where I forgot I even ordered the sweater. Like a few other black owned businesses I was pretty dissappointed. The popcorn packaging reeked of cigarette smoke thank goodness the popcorn wasnt smoked out.

They put a shipping label on my box BUT NEVER gave it to USPS as of yet - I ordered my mystery box 21Nov2020 & received tracking 24Nov2020. The status never changed from a label being created. You all never gave it to USPS. Now a person who ordered after me (that I referred her to you all) is getting her package tomorrow. Where is my package? Why won't your customer service email answer any of my requests to process my order? I see why you don't list a phone number. You're terrible and I'll never send anyone your way again & I'll stop advertising for people to utilize your site since you don't verify if the vendors or products are black owned. Your site is a disgrace. We are only here to support Quality black owned businesses & talk to management if we have a bad experience to see if it was an isolated incident. But this clearly isn't an isolated incident, this is reoccurring. It seems you're more concerned about receiving $2500-$5000 for all nationalities to sell on your website than actually having a black owned business platform which makes this service I'm not receiving... even worst

I was charged for a piece of jewelry which was never shipped. I have tried calling and emailing and get 0 response. Very frustrated.
