This is by the far the worst company to deal with. I still have not received my order and it's been almost 9 weeks.
I have a similar experience about an order I placed and recieved an email about a delay and will take 25 days to be shipped. Tried the cancel within 24hrs of the order and they said it can't be done because they sent it to their processing department!? So why the delay? After 25 days I received another email stating it'll take 1-5 more days before it ships! Please don't order from here and spread the word. I will place this review in every social media platform to spread the word. Let's do our part and see this place either shut down OR just do better business. Smh
I have actually ordered twice and if I ever receive my second order it will be my last. Their shipping is painfully slow (think months not weeks) and they refuse to respond to inquiries.
This is a direct copy of their auto response. After this was sent on 12/22 I've received no update whatsoever. The strike in Cincinnati was over 12/19. I still have no tracking number for the shipment.
If you have no hurry these are lovely gifts. But if you want a company that responds and is timely - look elsewhere. Try Enchanting Finesse on Etsy. Their ratings are much much higher. Wish I had known or thought to search before I ordered from Wear Felicity.

I've placed an order online to and they have done nothing they just took my money not offering me a refund or even the product i payed for it's terrible service
My mother-in-law recently passed of cancer and for my husband's (and father-in-law's) first Mothers Day without her I thought this would be a beautiful trinket they could wear daily to be able to "see" her whenever they were really missing her. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! Though the item arrived in reasonable time I am totally unable to view either photo with naked eye OR camera (!) and, in fact, don't even know which bracelet has which photo! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE!
I ordered 5 ornaments, 3 had the same writing but different pictures. 2 had different writing and different images. 3 of the 5 were totally incorrect. I contacted customer service regarding when my order will arrive, and was notified the same as other reviews. 15-20 business days for order processing. I work in a shipping department and understand having time to get orders fulfilled correctly, but having that long, and getting SO much incorrect on an order (plus other people's orders) is pretty ridiculous. I contacted them a week later to see where my order status was, and the order processing was now up to 25 business days.
I'm waiting on a response from their team, which is a 3-5 business day until a response is received.
Anyways, I was really excited about this, but now pretty upset.
I was able to interchange the charms, but their links are very inexpensive and poor. The silver and gold scratches, and I only just opened the plastic cellophane. I'm not pleased with this company at all - I wish I had done more research…
Ordered ornaments early November, I have still not received them. Tried contacting company but got no response! Definitely a SCAM do not purchase from this company!
Memorial of bride and dad who past away 2 months after wedding. Dad was cut out of picture which you did. Was impressed until I received my order. Will never ever order again with this company!
We had the custom bracelet for just two months then the glass fell out by itself unnoticed. And they don't take responsibility for their product at all saying it's out of warranty. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered an item in November hoping to have it by Christmas, I'd email them to check on the status an would receive emails each time explaining the delay, then I got on that states my order was complete on 12/18, great I'll have it in time to only get an email this morning now yet another excuse being with DHL can't ship! I'd NOT recommend this company to anyone!
The picture in the necklace pendant was too close to even view. It was also not centered in the
Pendant! Customer service is absolutely horrible and i will never do business with them again!

I ordered a bracelet with a photo in it that was so ridiculously small it could scarcely be seen by the naked eye. It's a nice concept but unfortunately a very disappointing product.
I purchased 2 items from them for a friend who lost her father. One item had a round charm, the other had a heart charm. The round charm is great but the center of the heart comes out. Wear Felicity replaced it once, but the picture fell out of the second heart and they won't replace it, BUT I was offered a 25% discount on another item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM WITH A HEART CHARM. I won't purchase from them again.
Ordered 2 bracelets and NO where on the order page does it say it'll take 25 business days to arrive and no one from customer service ever responds. The absolute worse idea was to order from here.

Ordered a Christmas ornament a month before Christmas then they tell me they are short-staffed so they have not begun production but could not refund bc it is a "custom" order - yet they admitted they could not deliver until after Christmas and HAD NOT begun production which means nothing custom had been crafted yet. Total BS and crooks.
DO NOT BUY from this website. It is very deceptive. I ordered a keychain as a gift. The picture on the website showed a nice keychain with a disc that you could put a personalized picture on. When it arrived a few weeks later, it was a keychain with a clunky tube that you have to hold up to the light to see the very tiny picture. THERE IS NO TUBE in the website images. It took a couple of minutes to get an angle in the light that shows the picture. VERY DISAPPOINTING and VERY EXPENSIVE for what you are getting. I think this is all a scam.
They refused a refund. I have put in a dispute with my credit card.
First I paid extra for expedited delivery only to be told I have to wait 30 business days, then it breaks after a month and Wear Felicity refuse to help.
SCAM ALERT! ZERO STARS. Customer service is basically non-existent. At this rate they might as well have an auto reply that says sorry can't help you and here's 25% off your next purchase.
I bought my best friend/boyfriend a bracelet with a picture that is very sentimental to the both of us. This was a gift that he held very dearly and I was so excited to give him. I received the item on July 3,2023. The bracelet itself started to fall apart, but a simple extra knot was able to resolve that. We didn't mind. On 08/27/23 the glass stone with the custom picture on it fell out of the bracelet. I contacted customer service on 08/28/23 to see about having a replacement sent. No one is willing to help.
I sent a separate email to see if I could have a better response from another customer service team member and they gave me the same response as the first guy I spoke with.
All they said to me is that once beyond the 30 days from date of delivery they can no longer help me and if I wanted to reorder the item I could get 25% off.

I made the mistake of not doing so and now I'm out of pocket for a product I purchased. Considering that their advertisements are that they sell gifts which are supposed to meaningful, and with the price and time involved in getting a product from them I would have expected something of better quality that can actually last longer than a few months.
I'm very dissatisfied in their product and service. You'd might as well order from the wish app to get cheaper but same quality product. ALSO forget about speaking with a manager, as soon as I requested to speak with a supervisor over this I was ignored by the first customer service associate "Tyler" and the second guy "Michael" straight up told me "I am the manager". I don't believe it.
Again, the reviews I found all have the same issues with the stone/picture falling out and that they were also given the same responses from this so called "business".
