You do not receive an estimated time of production until AFTER you place an order. I was told I had to wait five weeks for the order to be completed. I will not receive my ornament before Christmas and would not have ordered it had I known this. When I contacted customer service, I had to wait five days for a response. That is until I requested a refund. I was then answered immediately with a link to their policies page stating they did not honor cancellations/refunds on custom orders. Overall, very disappointing experience.

I've been told nothing but lies, I ordered my bracelet 1 month ago and still nothing, they tell me we're sorry we are backed up, I needed this for Xmas so I told them to cancel my order and refund my money they refused, my advice steer clear of this company, extremly awful, poor customer support, and it seems like the crap is coming from china! Which they don't tell you.

I ordered an item in November hoping to have it by Christmas, I'd email them to check on the status an would receive emails each time explaining the delay, then I got on that states my order was complete on 12/18, great I'll have it in time to only get an email this morning now yet another excuse being with DHL can't ship! I'd NOT recommend this company to anyone!

Scam. They said on Nov 22 it would ship before Christmas still isn't here. Had to open dispute with bank to get money back. Customer service is BADDD

I have not even gotten the product yet. Ordered well in advance for the holidays for my young niece who wanted to give it to her mother for Christmas after her father had passed away. Have no idea when I was going to get this product. They have not responded to any of my emails. I could have bought this from so many different companies, but stupidly chose this one. My daughter ordered the same thing for her boyfriend from Amazon and got it in a week and she spent a quarter of the price. Would not recommend this company ever.

Ordered 2 bracelets and NO where on the order page does it say it'll take 25 business days to arrive and no one from customer service ever responds. The absolute worse idea was to order from here.

I ordered the bracelet 2 weeks before Christmas for my mom last year. It confirmed 3-9 day shipping when I placed the order, and after purchasing stated it may come after Christmas. What's the point of a Christmas present if the receiver can't get it on Christmas? It took 6 weeks total to receive it…this was 4 weeks AFTER Christmas! As for the actual bracelet it is a cheap string braided bracelet and you can't even see the picture! I never saw it with my bare eye. I saw it once after 5 minutes of moving my iPhone camera around and straining my eyes. My mom ended up giving it to goodwill and I agreed that was the best thing to do, or throw it in the trash.

I placed a custom order for ornament on 11/18/2023, as of today I have not received it. Reached out via email to cancel order, due to me needing it before Christmas and was told I can't cancel because production already started. Then I receive an email saying due to warehouse understaffing your order has been delayed, asked again to cancel my order and was told couldn't cancel. Company is a scam and wouldn't recommend this company at all. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR MONEY. The company is a scam. They don't send you your items, they don't cancel your order nothing. I spent $200 for Christmas and NOTHING! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Order on Nov 26th. Was told 20 days to process. Emailed and was told pretty much don't email again. They will email me once shipped.I purchased a Christmas ordinment for my girlfriend who lost her mother. Ridiculous now after reading reviews sounds like the quality will be awful. It's now been 25 days and no communication xmas is in 7 days...

Even if you cancel a mere 13 mins after due to a mistake they won't let you cancel because they already started on it… even tho it takes almost a month. How absurd. Imma just get my bank to block the charge lmao since they won't help at all.

I ordered an ornament from Wear Felicity. The website had an estimated ship date of two weeks, but the confirmation email stated five weeks (after I purchased). I've emailed the company twice and received the same canned response both times. There's nothing on the site to get order updates on - they simply tell you that they'll email you when it ships. I need this for St. Nick - now I'm just hoping to get it in time for Xmas. Poor communication and customer experience. Would not recommend.

DO NOT BUY from this website. It is very deceptive. I ordered a keychain as a gift. The picture on the website showed a nice keychain with a disc that you could put a personalized picture on. When it arrived a few weeks later, it was a keychain with a clunky tube that you have to hold up to the light to see the very tiny picture. THERE IS NO TUBE in the website images. It took a couple of minutes to get an angle in the light that shows the picture. VERY DISAPPOINTING and VERY EXPENSIVE for what you are getting. I think this is all a scam.

They refused a refund. I have put in a dispute with my credit card.

Just letting everyone on here know that you can report this business to Visa or Master card if you paid that way and they will refund your money. The companies metchant services is also looking into them as there products and statements are false and misleading.

Goodluck getting a holiday gift or birthday gift in ample time….and don't worry you won't be told orders can take up to 25 days to ship! Also when you reach out to their email there's a rude auto response pretty much saying they're so busy you will be contacted when they can and not to send multiple emails

Complete garbage. The picture inside has air bubbles all in so you can't hardly see the picture. I just threw it in the trash as they won't fix it.

I ordered 5 ornaments, 3 had the same writing but different pictures. 2 had different writing and different images. 3 of the 5 were totally incorrect. I contacted customer service regarding when my order will arrive, and was notified the same as other reviews. 15-20 business days for order processing. I work in a shipping department and understand having time to get orders fulfilled correctly, but having that long, and getting SO much incorrect on an order (plus other people's orders) is pretty ridiculous. I contacted them a week later to see where my order status was, and the order processing was now up to 25 business days.

I'm waiting on a response from their team, which is a 3-5 business day until a response is received.

Anyways, I was really excited about this, but now pretty upset.

I was able to interchange the charms, but their links are very inexpensive and poor. The silver and gold scratches, and I only just opened the plastic cellophane. I'm not pleased with this company at all - I wish I had done more research…

I made a purchase over a month ago. They sent my package recently didn't even put my full address on it so it was returned to them. I still haven't received my package and no one is answering me about where it is. I will never order from them again
