They prompt you to order but are not transparent on true delivery times before you order. They send you an email after you order and do not let you refund that order will take 3 weeks. To top it off they further delay the order and no update. It's going on 5 weeks waiting on an order. Nice concept but undeliverable process. If you do not have the staff to supply demand. Limit the release of the quantities you can sell. Instead of creating unhappy customer, because capturing the sale is more important than providing good or any service. This site is a scam of empty promises.

Extremely slow

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament Dec 5. On Dec 28, I was sent an email stating the item would ship between Jan 2 and Jan 6. I am angry and disappointed. I cannot cancel as it is personalized. Its an overpriced ornament that did not even arrive in time for the holiday. Very disappointed!

I have placed an order a month in advance as in their web site it said it takes up to 25 days, it's past Christmas already I have not received it yet I regret that I have ordered from them as it supposed to be a gift for one of my family members for Christmas. I received a general email that there are shipping problems at the DHL and the order might be sent second week in January but it is not guaranteed. Now I even think if this company is legitimate at all. Poor customer service.

I have actually ordered twice and if I ever receive my second order it will be my last. Their shipping is painfully slow (think months not weeks) and they refuse to respond to inquiries.

This is a direct copy of their auto response. After this was sent on 12/22 I've received no update whatsoever. The strike in Cincinnati was over 12/19. I still have no tracking number for the shipment.

If you have no hurry these are lovely gifts. But if you want a company that responds and is timely - look elsewhere. Try Enchanting Finesse on Etsy. Their ratings are much much higher. Wish I had known or thought to search before I ordered from Wear Felicity.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered bracelets on November 27th. I am still waiting for my order on 12/29. I have contacted customer service twice and I received a canned response. I wish I read their reviews before ordering. Do not order from this company. I believe this is a scam. BEWARE!

Late but GREAT!

I was so weary after reading all the negative reviews. I thought for sure I got scammed. The ornament arrived after Christmas, three days after to be exact- But it is absolutely beautiful the picture in the ornament is crisp, clear and bright if you look towards the light source. The recipient will be so happy to receive this ornament with a picture of her late dad.

Ordered a Christmas ornament a month before Christmas then they tell me they are short-staffed so they have not begun production but could not refund bc it is a "custom" order - yet they admitted they could not deliver until after Christmas and HAD NOT begun production which means nothing custom had been crafted yet. Total BS and crooks.

Order a bracelet. 2 weeks later never showed up, emailed for status and then they deleted my comments because I got scammed. $70 to order and ship, no updates, and cancelled order once complained. Do not order from this scam website. POS will never fill your order

I ordered a bracelet for my wife on November 27. It is now December 27 and they haven't even begun to manufacture the bracelet. I was told they had shipping problems with DHL and they were on strike but I checked and the strike was only 12 days. They could've switched to another carrier like UPS

Ordered a custom photo bracelet on 11/20. When I ordered from the website it said up to 25 days to ship, ok no problem. I knew from the start it may not be here for Christmas.but here we are now 37 days later and my item still has not shipped. They claim that it will be shipping 1-5 days from tomorrow. Customer service is absolutely terrible, you're not able to cancel your order. Do not recommend.

HORRIBLE

I ordered 4 bracelets. You can barely see the picture, unless you have 20/20 vision or it's just at the right angle. The bracelet circumference is for a child, so if you're an adult, plan on spending money to get a new chain. NOT worth the money. I have only written 3 reviews and those were 5 stars for quality products. That should tell you how bad the bracelets are.

ORDER MONTHS IN ADVANCE

If you are ordering something for a gift, plan "way" ahead. I ordered on December 5 with priority shipping and not until after my order was placed did I receive information that it's taking 20 to 25 "business days" for product to ship. This information should've been stated before being able to finalize my order.
Glad I paid the extra money for priority shipping (total sarcasm).

Beware Felicity

I would give a zero rating if possible. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and the order I placed on November 6th has still not arrived. So I wasted money on a gift that was never delivered. I can honestly say that Wear Felicity is the worst company - next to Verizon - that I have ever dealt with. They should change the name of the company to Beware Felicity. Shame on them for such poor business practices and abysmal customer service.

STILL WAITING

I ordered a customized ornament in the beginning to mid November. I got an automated reply email about high volume of orders, so I didn't sweat it too much. It is now December 22 and I just received an email stating, it is still in the works! I haven't found a phone number to speak to someone, but they just keep sending useless emails about how they'll get back to me. I then questioned about their refund policy to which they stated, we cannot refund if it's started already. I do not recommend buying from here, seems like a huge SCAM. And reading from the other reviews, the product is BAD.

Scam

I ordered a customer ornament at the beginning of November. November 11th to be exact. I only ordered b/c there was an advertisement to "get it before Christmas". It's now December 22nd and I just received an email today that they are still processing my order and having issues with shipping due to the DHL shipping strike. I could not cancel or request a refund for my order b/c they claim the process orders immediately but over a month later and my order is still being "processed". I have a feeling I'm not getting my ornament and will go on every review site possible to make sure no one else has to lose $50. It's crazy there is no way to contact the company directly nor is there an actual business page on Google where you can leave reviews for the world to see. Trash company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
