I ordered two ornaments December 5th. The items arrived SEVEN WEEKS later and I'm very disappointed in the quality. There appear to be metal pieces inside which interfere with the picture. I emailed the company and have not heard back. Overpriced - don't waste your money!

Shipping.

This is the absolute WORST place to order if you expect singing quick. As i'm ordering it tells me NOTHING about shipping or when it will be here. I then receive an email saying it takes 25 business days to ship it. I ordered my order on Dec 12. It is now Jan 22, and I have yet to get my order.

Please don't make the same mistake I did, this is a scam in every sense of the word. I ordered it for Xmas, it's January 18th- tried to cancel and they refused- still haven't received anything. Looked at other reviews too late. Don't make the same mistake...

Cheap quality
January 17, 2024

Took over 2 months for shipping. It was cheap quality. I had ordered a different bracelet for half the cost of this one that showed up a week before this one because I thought it wasn't going to arrive before Christmas. The 2nd bracelet I ordered from Amazon was higher quality.

My mother wore the wear felicity bracelet for 1 hour on her wrist before it fell apart. Contacted support 22 days ago and they are refusing to answer any emails. Do not order from here.

I placed an order on December 9 for 3 separate ornaments and none have shipped yet and it's now January 16. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. I am about to go Liam Neeson on whoever emailed me saying it would take 25 business days before shipping. HOW DO WE FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE CREATURES?

It is clear this company is more focused on marketing and securing orders than actually fulfilling orders. They didn't inform me until after my purchase that my christmas order i purchased on 12/9 wouldn't be filled for 25 days. It is now 1/16 and it still hasn't even shipped yet (despite an automated email from 12/30 that the item was finished and would ship out in the next 1-5 business days. Contacting customer service is impossible. Based on this, I can only assume that the quality of the product will be similar.

NEVER AGAIN

I ordered keychains for Christmas. Order was placed on 11/24 and I paid extra for expedited shipping. AFTER placing my order, I received a notification that due to heavy orders, my order would take 25-30 to process PLUS shipping time. Needless to say, they weren't here by Christmas and when I did get them (In JANUARY!) I received a photo of some random couple on their wedding day. Sent 2 emails, took a week to get a response and they expect me to jump through hoops to prove they messed my order up. You couldn't PAY ME to ever give these people my business again (they also have an F rating with BBB). Buyer BEWARE!

My husband ordered a tree ornament for me weeks before Christmas and here it is January 13!
I just looked at their reviews and see that we will probably never see it!
This company is nothing but a scam and needs to be investigated by the Attorney General.
What a pos company and a disgrace to the business world!

Received my product in a timely manner for Christmas for my daughters. 1 bracelet lasted only a day of being worn before the charm fell out. I reached out that moment only to be met with a generic automated reply. My other daughters charm fell out after 3 days of wearing. Both girls aren't very active to have it come loose or to fall off. I waited a couple weeks in hopes of the 1st email to be responded to, nothing.
There's no phone number, I waited on the automated chat for hours with no one getting back to me. I emailed again, still nothing. They have a 30 day policy but don't even give you any assistance before the time is up.
Horrible customer service. Although cute concept, horribly assemble products.

I ordered an item in the beginning of December to hopefully recieve by Christmas. So I wrote them and they said it'll take up to 25 days. Yesterday the 9th of January I recieved it and when I tell you what a disappointment. It was defected. My sis in law lost her grandma so I figure I'd buy a keychain heart with her grandma's face. Well her grandma's gave was so zoomed in amd you could see scratch marks all around her zoomed in face. Poorly made. A long over a month wait for nothing.

HORRIABLE

So I ordered 2 bracelets with pics of my wife old cat and our dog both have passed. I ordered Nov 10th hoping it would be here for Xmas because it says it takes 25 business days to design and 5 to 7 to ship. A pic on a piece of plastic ball. So come Dec 10th I start making inquiries on where my bracelets are.
11 EMAILS LATER WITH NO RESPONSE I FINALLY GET A RESPONSE and the lady tells me the wait time and she's sorry but it looks like it will be done on the 17th and sent out. So the 17th comes n goes 8 more emails all un answered phone call un returned more emails and still nothing. Meanwhile Christmas comes n goes and I decided FK THIS and tried to cancel my order and refund my money. They got right back to me saying when I send back the bracelets when they received them I will be refunded 2 weeks after. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THE DAMM BRACELETS HOW CAN I SEND THEM BACK... then they tell me oh were sorry DHS is on strike and that's why they can't send anything. GO TO UPS OR USPS OR ANY OTHER MAIL SERVICE AND SEND THE PAID GIFTS... but they didn't. They also said that the shop only works 5 days 8hrs. IN THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE YR YOU RAMP UP YOUR WORKERS AND WORK TIME TO FULFILL ALL THE ORDERS WAITING... I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN KIND IF CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE HORRIBLE USLESS PPL WHO HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A COMPANY... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. BTW MY BRACELETS SHOWED UP 4 DAYS APART FROM EACHOTHER ON JAN 5 AND THEN THE 9TH. SO FROM NOV 10TH TO JAN 9TH 31 EMAILS AND COUNTLESS PHONE CALLS... NEVER AGAIN

This company entices you to order, then informs you your order could take 25 days BEFORE shipping. It's then another week before you receive that order.I finally received my order after Christmas and upon opening, one of the bracelets was broken. Have tried to email them twice and get nothing but a generic response. My last email was not delivered because it now says their email strand is ful! Lowest star rating was a 1 but I want to give them a 0.

Absolute rip off business/company!

Don't Waste Your Time!

I place two separate orders, both on November 30th. Was told both order would arrive before Christmas. Second order place arrived first, but it was after Christmas. Second order has not shipped yet and it is January 4th. Very disappointed as these were Christmas gifts. I should have done more research on the company prior to placing the order, for that shame on me. They will not cancel to order or issue a refund for the first order. Bad business. Please DO NOT waste your time!

Do NOT ORDER THIS

I ordered two bracelets more than a month before Christmas. Just got ONE today, January 2nd. Quality is beyond sub par. I usually only give positive reviews, unless a company or product is awful. THIS is an AWEFUL one. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And don't take the "we grew faster than expected/ we had a lot of orders at Christmas" crap. That's the first sign of a "crap"
Company. Great idea. Terrible execution.
