I tried using way.com for the first time. I booked and paid for my parking a month before my flight. I showed up at my lot to check in and was told that way had overbooked them multiple days in a row and that I had no parking and they would be refunding me. I was lucky that the hotel itself had a few spots not booked and they were kind enough to sell me a spot because they could see I was panicking about missing my flight. I never got an email from way saying anything about the lot being full. I then reached out to them about my refund multiple times and only got a response after I threatened to contact the BBB and my bank to dispute my charge if it wasn't refunded. Will never use again and will tell people not to book through way.com when I hear my friends discussing parking for the airport. Absolute nightmare of an experience. Would give negative stars if I could. Still don't understand how you can possibly overbook parking (the hotel said they were turning lots of people away all week, like 20+ per day) when there is only a finite number of spots in a lot.

I'm developer. Once you have set this up, it's so easy to use. Park and pay via the app. Check the app to see when your parking expires, then simply extend. This for me is the future of parking. Not added another car park yet, so don't know how easy it is to do. Excellent way to learn of events and register and promote. Use this literally every day! On the rare occasion it goes down or gives an error message I actually panic. When I venture into boroughs that don't use Way I curse their inefficiency!

This hotel Parking I purchased wasn't even open. The entire hotel is boarded up and gated as it's been closed for who knows how long.
Way.com Customer service is appearing to be garbage as well as I asked for a refund over a week ago.
After jumping through stupid hoops to provide "evidence" of closure or me not parking there(?!)... they still have not processed a refund nor have they called or emailed me back.
If you're in the city and looking for parking, DO NOT use way.com.

Paid for parking. Unfortunately, our flight got canceled. Requested a refund and the customer service rep Liam assured us that we would have the charge refunded to our credit card. Got stuck with "WayBucks" instead. Frauds. After reading other reviews of people with similar experiences, would warn people to NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I prepaid and reserved parking for DCA airport. After parking, the hotel where I was parked saidthey have no shuttle service. Called way.com and the agent said that there was no shuttle service promised on the site. Sure enough, this one hote does not list shuttle service, so what is the advantage of parking there? - so uber round trip to DCA costs $32, $60 for the parking. Would have been cheaper to Uber from home.

I made a reservation on line and paid for a 2 day parking in providing.
My reservation was to leave at 10:00am.
Because of no shuttle service and having to walk to the garage I left the lot at 10:09am. Nine minutes more than my reservation time. They charged me an additional day for a 9 minute stay.
I Would drink bleach before using their service again.
