This was the best airport parking that I've used, dropped off the car taken to the airport quickly and with no fuss and picked up with a minimum wait even though it was nearly 1 am, car was ready on return no problems staff were great

My wife and I had a short 3 night trip to New York following a hectic month and Way could not have been better for service, friendliness, great car wash, prompt drop off and pick up, they were reliable and a great price. I would most definitely recommend Way as we have frequented many other car parks nearby the airport and they don't hold a candle to the professionalism of Way. Great work to all staff.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. I park here every week for work it's incredibly convenient, the shuttle bus is always ready to go, I've never waited more than a minute. I do the self parking under cover and I know my car is safe as well as protected from weather and hail. I enjoy that I can self park it (unlike other car parks in the area, who insist on valet parking and then return your car covered in bird poo and dust.)

Efficient, helpful, on time and great communicators, we came home from holidays and it was a super busy time at the airport - people everywhere, our pick up was there within minutes and our car parked ready for pick up. Don't be fooled by reviews. I booked with way.com and downloaded the app also. After reading the invoice I received after booking I was disappointed. As said $5.75 per day. I had booked for 3days. My total ended up being $100. I wasn't happy so I called to cancel. No answer so for some reason i checked my bank statement and found they charged me close to $500 for duplicate charges... let's say 5x. Very disappointed and what made it worse is I really reviews and didn't find any good ones. All I read was you don't get a refund, you get way bucks. I said to myself... what a way to start a weekend getaway. I called them again. 1:30am and finally got a hold of someone after 40 minutes on hold and a disconnect the first time. Surprisingly the gentlemen I spoke to was nice and asked if I want to cancel all or just the duplicates. I canceled the duplicates and went on reading more negative reviews which didn't make me feel any better. I said oh well... I'll let it go and try not to let it ruin my mini vacation. I let it go. Checked bank once in a while and found a credit for one of the 5 bookings. Waited a til I got back and checked again. Received all the money charged. Full refund to debit card... not waybucks! Idk what changed or maybe I was just looking for bad reviews and I found it. Needless to say. The company did what they promised besides the fact of overcharging me. I ended up not using the parking or way.com but I guess I could give them another try. Please don't go off by all the negative reviews about it being a scam. I was skeptical when I received a generic email reply but I gotta give them the benefit of the doubt! Thanks for the full refund!

I had an early morning flight and nearly missed it because the parking provider decided to cancel their free shuttle that the Way app promised. I ended up paying the same amount for an Uber that I would have had to pay from my own house and could have saved the gas money. I have called customer service several times and many managers have promised to call me back, yet haven't. They claim that you can see that the free shuttle was canceled on their end, but it doesn't matter if their customers can't see this crucial information. Why would someone pay for parking without a shuttle service? I will never be using them again and you shouldn't either. Customer service was absolutely awful, had poor communication skills, and was hard to understand. Wish I could give 0 stars.
