I went to the airportlax.com website and made a reservation at the Comfort Suites BWI to park for 4 days. The price was great, but I found out that they had no shuttle and it would cost $40 round trip on Uber. The hotel manager was great and said I could cancel and just park at the airport. I did yhis and requested a refund. Way.com manages the customer service for this website and said they would need the receipt from the airport to refund my money. First, I would not get this until I return, second it should not be needed. Wether or not I chose to park at the airport does not change the fact that the hotel does not have a shuttle and that I did not park there. The would not be providing them with my receipt, as I believe it is not needed, and puts an undue burden on someone that is alraady inconvinienced. Do not use this parking website.
I just posted a complaint with the BBB. These people just sit back and let the dough roll in while not refunding unused days on a prepaid confirmation for parking at SFO. Prepaid for parking April 2nd through June 26th when our plans changed post COVID vaccinations. No refunds, no exceptions. Not getting my business again!

Absolutely one of the worst companies to deal with. They do not pick up calls, end the support chat mid-way without even apologizing. Will not refund your money and by the way, the cheap parking that you booked, will never be honored. They also delete negative reviews from their website. Beware!

I've never been scammed like this by a US based business. They will tell you one price, take your card, then confirm a different increased price. Mine doubled from $42 to $90. I'll be reporting them to the consumer protection agency.

Use this parking service if you want to be stranded and get the worst customer service. We booked way.com for parking in Fort Lauderdale. Upon arrival back at 9:30-10 pm we called the parking lot for a pick up. For two hours we got the run around that they were either on their way or did not answer the phone. We booked an uber after 2 hours of waiting. We later learned they were having van problems. They should have told us that 2 hour prior. We contacted the parking lot for credit and they either did not answer our phone calls, were rude, and eventually their number was disconnected. We contacted way.com and they were full of false promises or no responses. They did credit the parking but not the UBER. They wanted to give $40.00 way credit. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN so this credit is no good. I had to pay cash for the Uber. I will be filing a small claims law suit against Way.com today to cover my UBER charges and court costs.
Was a little dubious at first however this app is a must if regularly park at a train stn without an annual parking permit. Litterally a two button to pay for your parking once set up meaning no faffing around for coins and waiting for slow machines to print ur ticket. U get a text immediately on payment and another when its about to run out. Highly recommend

While they say you can "cancel" prior to your reservation, they will not refund you, only offer a credit in the form of way. Bucks! I booked Boston airport parking totally $246.97 because I had to leave urgently and needed to park my car for 21 days. Luckily, I had a change of plans 2 days prior to the reservation. I contact them to cancel... to be told nothing can be done and to dispute it with my bank! I've done that AND they fought back quoting their misleading policy. Now I'm out of $250, didn't park and likely will never use the $250 credit! BEWARE! Because this sucks!

I just found out today that you only can get the refund to the original payment when you cancel it with the customer support via online chat. If you do it on your end (the easy way out), the refund would become way bucks, which means you have to come back to use it. Way.com basically hold the money as hostage!
I didn't know this at all. When you cancel it online, they didn't give you this option, it is either "way buck" or "no I don't want to cancel it".
I will never used way.com again. There is lots of other parking app out there with a decent business practice.

This is incredibly convenient. Especially if you are in a hurry, once you have your vehicle information uploaded it takes just a few seconds to open the app and click start! You can do it as you're walking away from your vehicle. It locates where you are the majority of the time so you don't have to search.
I love Way - I am in and out of meetings in Seattle and when they run late, I am able to avoid parking tickets by adding time without interrupting my meeting.
Once it's set up, it's fairly easy to use. Great help particularly for hospital visits and extended waiting time for appointments. No more panicking for running to the car park for extra payments as you can do it all on the phone in the waiting room.

I work installing communications equipment in Seattle and Olympia WA. The parking app allows me to easily pay for parking and then submit the parking receipts to my employer at the end of the week. The app has become one of my "tools" when I work in Seattle or Olympia. I have told other people who park in Seattle about it and they tried it and love it too. Additionally, when one of my jobs takes longer than expected, I can easily extend my parking time on the app without going back to the street and putting more money into the ticket vending machine. Really makes my life easier.
