Booked airport parking through Way.com. Parking and shuttle to be included. Arrived and found out no shuttle service at the location. No way to contact way.com, so had to continue with the booking and find rideshare at an additional cost. Paid premium for parking and very disappointed in the false advertisement.

This has been one of the dumbest and most negative experiences I've ever had with such a service. We ordered parking at a lot that apparently did not exist because, when we went to the destination that Apple Maps brought us to, the attendant said that it was in fact the wrong place. We drove around for about an hour trying to find the "correct" parking only to find ourselves in the same place and reject several times. We even went to the one next door, and they too told us that they did not know about our parking reservation. We ended up finding free parking on the street and walking to our venue.
That could be on the lot. BUT THEN, we contacted the app, demanding a refund. They asked us for a receipt of where we ended up parking, to which I told them that we didn't pay for parking at another place. We parked on the street. They asked for the receipt again, and I repeated myself, emphasizing that there's no receipt. They told us they wouldn't give us a refund unless it was before we checked in to the lot, which is STUPID because how do you check in to a lot that doesn't f**%ing exist! These idiots are a bunch of crooks.
Waited 45 mins, with 3 other people, for the airport shuttle that never arrived. We were given a number by Way.com to call for the shuttle as soon as we arrived at the parking location. We did. After 20 mins, and 2 other people arriving, we called again and were told that the shuttle would be there any minute. Another 15 mins went by, and 2 more phone calls, the shuttle service quit answering. We finally called an Uber after waiting a total of 40 mins. When I complained to Way.com, I was told that they are not responsible for the shuttle service and that it is not a part of their company. For what it cost us to park with Way, it would have been cheaper and easier to take a ride share from the beginning.

Called on my way to the parking lot to make sure a shuttle was available and found out that they cancelled my reservation without any notification. Person on the phone said he canceled it with no explanation and sounded like he didn't care and unhelpful. Just said call way to get your money back.
I would not recommend that service at all.

I will never use this service again! To start off, when I got the email confirmation to my reservation all the details I entered had been modified. I called the number for the parking contact and it turned out to be a hotel employee. She said she couldn't do anything about it, because the service was from a third a party. In the interest of time I asked my wife to make another reservation for me. The same thing happened again but she was able to fix it.
The shuttles leave every 30 minutes, so if you're running late and you miss it you may miss your flight.
On the way back, i waited 30 minutes from.the terminal I was dropped off at. After the long wait I decided to call the hotel for info on the shuttle. I was informed they only pick up from one terminal, mind you, this was not written anywhere on the instructions I got. When I called the hotel, they finally told me what terminal to use, but they gave me a gate number that didn't exist I called again and finally got the right gate because the previous person gave me incorrect info. My wife was going to travel the next day, with our 2 kids I told her to let me try it first and let her know how it goes, and I am soooo happy I did so. In all honesty, if I worked as a flight attendant or a pilot, I would use this service to save money. I would. Never recommend this for passengers.

I get that way may use third parties of some sort, but don't promise to have a shuttle service that doesn't deliver. I waited an hour to get picked up after being promised over the phone that I would be. I had to get someone else to get me. Bad business. I'll never ever purchase anything WAY related ever again!

Way has done two "bait-and-switches" on me for two different parking lots, so I will NEVER use them (or any other third-party service like them) ever again, and that includes the Pier 66 parking lot near the Fort Lauderdale, Florida airport! Way refuses to refund the $140.99 we were forced to pay the Renaissance Hotel and Uber when our Way-booked reservation at Pier 66 wasn't honored. They'll only refund the $35.35 we pre-paid Way. When we arrived at Pier 66, we could see open spaces, but they refused to honor our reservation. They told us to go to the Renaissance, their sister lot, and we wouldn't have to pay anything more. That was incorrect. Upon our return, the Renaissance did not have a shuttle to pick us up and they charged us $35 a day vs the $35.35 total we pre-paid. CRIMINAL!

Had 2 horrible experiences with Way, which costed me a load of money and stress. Noticed a huge difference between the reviews for parking locations on their app versus google (1/5 vs 5/5). Left my review experience on the app and it was deleted. Also, don't believe the Trust Pilot reviews on Way. Most 5 star reviews look fake

I had a booking with way.com sometime back and they were not able to provide me the parking slot allocation at the time if arrival. It was confirmed even after the previous day of booking.
There were not even any on call support for attending calls from customer when there is a need at that time.
So guys, if any one booking through Way.com parking it's high time to stop booking and choose a better customer agent.

I used Way.com to book parking at "Doubletree by Hilton Cleveland Airport Parking." That is the exact heading of their listing. However, when I arrived there three hours before my flight, the hotel informed me that they frequently have people who booked on Way.com coming in saying that they need a shuttle to the airport. However, they have not run a shuttle to the airport in over a year. They stopped doing so last March and do not have any immediate plans to start it back up. The person at the hotel explained that they've complained to Way.com numerous times and they still have not updated the listing. I'm lucky that I left home well before I really needed to so I was able to still get through security and make my flight, but I ended up spending more than twice what I had paid Way for parking. Furthermore, when I tried calling Way, I was on hold for 43 minutes and then hung up on before I spoke with a human. I emailed them and it took me 14 emails before they agreed to refund my charge. I have yet to get this refund though and they said they'd do so two days ago.

I made reservation of parking, found that I need to cancel. It was said free cancellation, but turns out they refund way buck, I don't need Way buck, I need true refund to my credit card.
I have sent dispute to my credit card company, and will use WAY.com until they learn what a refund should be.

They will tell you sometime on the phone and later they will forget and you will be screwed please rethink before you book. Some third part doing the customer service somewhere outside USA so they do not care.

Got to hotel 2 hours before flight to find out its overbooked and told to call way. They answered after 10 minutes on hold and only offered refund and no options. Had to pay 3 times as much for airport parking. Would have done park and fly if I knew way was such a joke.
