I used way.com in 2018
As of today, 3Mar2022, they have e mailed me every single day since then. I have unsubscribed 20 times; I report them for spam automatically every day (>100 times so far). Nothing works.
Be ready for that if you are crazy enough to use them.

DO NOT BOOK. I booked airport parking off site with a shuttle to and from the airport. Once I arrived at the location, I was told by the hotel staff that they do not have an airport shuttle and those websites know it. I ended up having to park at the airport and lost $40 due to way.com. I requested a cancellation 5 minutes after my start time and way.com would not give me a refund due to policy. They also stated that they are not liable for shuttles and therefore CANNOT be responsible if the location has one or not, even though it is stated in their description.
Seriously this is terrible customer service and I should have known better than to use a random website. Save yourself the trouble and book direct with a parking location or other.

I made a reservation for long term parking in Logan airport. Somehow, it was through way.com. When I came to the reserved site, I was told that there was no reservation and the local people told me that they did not work with Way.com anymore. I was asked to drive to another parking lot to park there. Then I came back, the charge for the parking is $28/day, instead of $17/day.
I did submit my receipt to way.com. I have still not seen any positive respond for refunding my money and reimburse my extra charge.
