Worst customer service ever. I prepaid for 12 days of parking for LAX airport. I lost my passport one day into my trip and had to return back to LA. I spoke with accounting manager for Spectrum parking garage and he agreed that it would be fair for a refund. He even emailed Way.com to put in a request to facilitate it. Way.com was the 3rd party agent that I booked through and refused any sort of credit or refund. I basically paid around $183 for 1 night of parking. I have no ill feelings for Spectrum parking garage but Way.com and Baharath can take a hike. Never again will I have any dealings with these crooks.I only gave one star because no stars is not an option.
Accurate description & useful photographs of location. Way was manned when I arrived and a suitable space already allocated for my MPV. There are building works currently on site so spaces are restricted and the attendant suggested booking ahead to guarantee a space. Overall good secure location, helpful staff and generous space.
I booked JFK aero port parking for $9.95 a day.
When I arrived to parking place ( 3 hrs. Before flight) I was told I need to pay additional $5 a day + tax BECAUSE my car ( Nissan Rogue) is SUV
Instead of 9.95 I paid $15. And don't have choices to cancel.

Unfortunately if there were minus stars that's what I would have given this company. I had a reservation for parking and I was flying so when I got to the hotel they tell me that their lots are full. That in fact was an issue however I was ok because of the time. When I called customer service they tell me that they will refund me the money and that is when I got very upset because I can care less about a refund, I needed a place to park my car in order to catch a flight. Well, way doesn't find you a solution when they screwed up. I had to look for another company on my own and do everything at the last minute. I don't understand why they didn't give me a heads up before about none availability in that hotel or that they could themselves find me another hotel for me to park. I don't recommend this company at all for parking.

Way.com only displays positive reviews. It's a promotional site not to be trusted. We were sent to Prime Park near JFK airport when the lot we made a reservation at was full. Way.com facilitated this bait and switch. No worries because, Prime Park received "good" reviews on Way.com (4.8 stars). Our experience parking there was terrible! We looked up the reviews on Google, and Prime Park has a 1 star average supported by numerous descriptions of nightmarish experiences.
We had to take a taxi from the airport to the parking lot when the shuttle service never showed up. Also, there's an extra charge for parking an SUV ($30 CASH ONLY). We were tricked twice by Way.com - a bait and switch scheme and cherrypicked reviews. Disgusting.

Reserved parking to fly out of the Philadelphia Airport at the Hawthorne Suites with the expectation that there would be a shuttle to the airport. Well, there was none! Spent an additional $40 on top of the $40 spent to park to get to and from the airport. Must say it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was no shuttle service. Thank God I had a great cab driver. This app should provide better information.
Tried to book a parking at SFO airport with them but confirmation came back at a different parking lot, at a higher price and at the wrong time of check-in! Tried to call them but they do not provide phone number on their site! Cancellation is only for a credit with them which is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend you use their services. They are only middle men. It is always better to book directly with service providers in the travel industry. Book with airlines, hotels and parking lots directly. It will save you lots of hassle.

They moved my initial parking spot an hour before I had to check in at the airport. It happened to be further and through construction. I ended up parking at the airport and spending 266 dollars. After vacation I called and asked for a refund and they refused. Like I told the supervisor I hope the money gets your family some good Christmas gifts.
This does not seem like a legitimate service, the company has over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. When attempting to cancel my reservation, within 24 hours which should allow a full refund according the their policy under "change of plans" received an auto response stating a refund could not be issued.
From the confirmation email: "Change of Plans? Please contact us within 24 hours of your check-in date and our team will be happy to assist you with your full refund."
Response to my refund request approximately 12 hours after making the reservation:

In Atlanta went on 21 day cruise. At the Days inn on Washington rd on February 3rd some folks probably an inside job broken into 21 cars the same night. This happened on February 3rd. Sent email for reimbursement to way no response. Called and they said your problem not ours.

I no longer overpay for Way parking because I can see the rates in advance and choose the most affordable option. It's a small investment that pays off quickly.
The worst parking vendor in my life! Don't deal with this scam vendor. Last minute cancellation on the day of my trip that they initiated, which caused me to panic looking for another parking place.
I'm pretty sure at least a hundred people have already laid curse on this company and cussed at them.

They have a full refund guarantee, but then rather than refund you, give you a small fraction of "way bucks" in return, effectively stealing your own money under the guise of a money back guarantee. Total trash company.
Tried to buy tickets for Long Beach Trans. Museum Express Trips. Site is so user-unfriendly, you think you are confirming but you are purchasing more tickets. After many calls, and help from my credit card co. And over $500 in wrong charges, finaly got it straightened out... I think! Would not recommend this site and would NEVER use it again.

I paid for long-term parking (10 days), lost my flight, and they did not return my unused 10 days, stole it. On top, the parking place was extremely unorganized and slow, which contributed to losing my flight, they had charged me $5 extra and I had to take an Uber back to the parking lot. It was just a stressful day, and around $200 total lost. I contacted Customer Service and they denied any support, instead said they would not return the money for unused days, and I also could not recover the extra $5 per day the parking lot charged. Don't use Way.com, their policies are design to steal your money unfairly.

Simply great parking service! This app is absolutely perfect! I use it every day, all day! It shows me the parkings and number of bays, prices and even ways to pay... I don't waste my time in Central London anymore, wandering around and staring the boards!
I spoke with Way's customer service representative about a 2 inch horizontal crease in the front fender of my car while it was parked in the Ramada Inn SLC Airport lot. I told the front desk about this crease and a longer horizontal line of rubber or paint parallel to the crease.
I was told by the front desk employee that I must talk only with Way.com. Neither business will take responsibility.
Also, I returned my car over 2 days early but they have no policy for refunding money for early return. I certainly will not be using Way.com again.
Way's advertisement reports "safe" parking. There was no lighting in the area specified for airport parking. Obviously my car was not monitored or kept "safe".
Bought movie tickets from them and never got the tickets. When click on tickets it said no inventory.
Emailed and called 4 times. Chatted once. All said theyll get back to me and never did.
Don't trust these people. They're not going be stay in business.
