Hollywood, Florida experiences extreme heat in the summer months. Outdoor staff need to stay hydrated and cool during the workday. WaterBottles.com had a solution for our needs - a bottle that is sturdy, leakproof, easy to clean, well insulated to keep water cold throughout the day, and has a handle for versatile handling. The staff at WaterBottles.com were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a complicated order with payments coming from multiple departments, but it was expertly handled with no hiccups. We received our order on time and the bottles look great.
They printed the sentence upside down, then wanted me to pay double to re do it.

Also, we are not from the countries where your company delivers, and Briana Randolph took care of the issue and found a solution so that the product would reach us in Tel Aviv, Israel.
We received the products within 3 weeks. As we expected, the bottles are of high quality, the logo came out in high resolution and quality.

Dear Joyce, thank you for leaving us a review and we apologize for your negative experience with your order. As one of our reps discussed with you, from the time of order, 3 copies of the mockup/proof was sent to you for review and approval. In which, you responded "perfect". Our proof also clearly asked for your approval on the art/logo, color(s), orientation, etc, which you approved. Whether you would like the words to read top to bottom or bottom to top is a preference, and since you never mentioned the orientation whatsoever throughout the entire process of your order, there's no way for us to know to have it printed the opposite direction. In terms of the redo that was offered to you. Reason for such high cost was because you demanded us to print and have them delivered in 2 days and on a Saturday. Half of the $1,000.00 quote was for overnight shipping. We would've gladly worked with you on a discount for the bottles our of courtesy but putting the entire blame on us and demanding a reprint to be delivered in 2 days was not something we could accommodate, especially given the fact that your order was delivered on time with the approved logo. Once again, we're sorry you had a bad experience with Waterbottles.com. As you can see, our reviews and customers more than proves our level of service and products. If you would like a new batch printed without a 2 day deadline, please contact your rep and we will be more than happy to work with you on a discount. Thank you
