Jessica Hernandez did an outstanding job helping me get my logo and bottle price where I need to for my students. She was very professional and replied in a timely fashion to my questions. She did a great job. My only concern is that a couple of students have demonstrated that the flip tops of a few bottles don't snap tight after a few uses. Do I need to share any special washing instructions or other suggestions to their use to eliminate this issue? Other than that I have been extremely pleased. Thanks Shelly Mau
The process to get custom printed water bottles for our program was very easy and fast. It was not the absolute cheapest quote among several that I requested, but I'm more satisfied with the outcome than in previous years when I've gone with the lowest bidder. I will definitely order from these guys again when I need more bottles.
Our airport is holding an event soon at which we are giving away some gift items. These water bottles are perfect for the occasion! Our logo looks great on the side, and the bottles themselves seem to be of good quality.

Only issue, next time we'll see if we can get a "softer" squeezing bottle. The bottles are a little hard for cyclist to squeeze the water out. Think it may just be a different selection. Graphics were on target and bottles arrived well packaged on delivery. Yes, we'll use you all again.

We're so happy with our H2Go Fresh infuser bottles! This was our first order with waterbottles.com and the price was better than anywhere else I found, the quality is outstanding, and it was delivered earlier than expected. I even ran a test one through the (no heating element) dishwasher and it came out perfect, no fading or anything. The only thing I would say it's a bit of a confusing process. I chatted with an online rep because they were offering discounts, then the contact method switched to email, then instead of being able to order on the website I had to pay through an invoice link because of the special pricing. So it all worked out but it definitely wasn't as straightforward as: get a promo code, place your order online, send in your artwork, get your finished product. Overall I'm really glad I came across waterbottles.com and ordered the particular bottles we did. They ended up being exactly what I envisioned for our retreat!
The product itself is great, our logo, on the other hand, got distorted. It looks stretched.

We were very pleased with the product and the customer service provided by Amanda. We have been looking for a Frosted Tumbler similar to this and were unable to locate it. Amanda helped us find this product which was exactly the same as our previous purchase with another supplier who has since discontinued the product.
Several of our employees have mentioned how excited they are about this product and can't wait to use it again.
We purchased these as a prize for a team incentive program. While the majority of our team drinks coffee, there are a few (including myself) that do not so we wanted something that would work for coffee and non-coffee drinkers alike. This fit the bill perfectly! The team members that have earned theirs already love them and other teams around the office have commented that they are jealous of our custom tumblers!

I was looking for quick customized travel coffee mugs for our office and began an online chat with Briana.
