They were able to give us more than what we asked for. They truly surpassed our expectations. The staff member went above and beyond to work with our short time frame and help with expedited shipping, also giving us 6 colour options, that all members didn't get the same colour of water bottle.

Fantastic experience! Customer service rep Briana helped me place my order. She was extremely helpful! She was able to get proofs to me quickly and made great suggestions. The order came faster than expected! The 30oz tumbler with our company logo on it turned out better than expected!
Briana was incredibly helpful and communicative. We needed a large order to ship out to clients for holiday gifts and she provided excellent mockups, provided us a sample, and made sure we could achieve our shipment in our timeframe. Great experience and very happy with the end result!

The pre-production sample that the WaterBottles team made at no cost to me was a very welcome confirmation that my bottles would look great! I was contacted quickly after I requested a quote. Requested a couple of proofs and the one we went with was produced and shipped within 10 days. You can't ask for quicker service for a quality product. Briana was friendly and helpful with our account at all touchpoints.

We purchased the H2Go Bolt to go in our swag bags for an upcoming company summit. The website was user friendly, we did a chat with a team member and were provided with a quote quickly. From start to finish the ordering process was quick and efficient and Briana was a big help. Once our order was complete we received our order in less than a week! We couldn't be happier how our logo looks on the bottle and can not wait for our team to find them in their swag bags!
I was desperate to find a water bottle that will fit for our rebranding, I found waterbottles.com and I connected with Briana, she helped me sort out and figure out everything from water bottle design to price, and availability. I reached out to customer service and asked for some help about color selection/design. I got a very speedy reply back and the women who helping me was lovely to deal with. She compared the color that this company offers to the color that I needed to ensure that it was very close and that I was happy with it. I couldn't believe how much work she put into my order. She provided me with lots of detailed information to ensure I was getting the exact product that she was explaining to me- not just information to make me happy so I would just buy the product so she could get the sale. The customer service with Briana Randolph was amazing, even though the products I ordered were out of order, she was able to discuss the issue with the manager to pay the same price of my order for a different set of bottles. They came out as shown in the picture.
The only thing I recommend you guys to work on is the website. For example let us know that you would reach out to us on the design we want customized on the bottle. And also if something is out of stockk please get it offfff the website.
