After purchasing a watch from Watch Rapport several months ago I'm still waiting for my refund. The watch was actually sold from a picture uploaded from another site and was not in stock as stated. After canceling my order following their instructions I have repeatedly talked with people in a call center or from their homes (Actually one had chickens in the background) No one has responded to my daily requests for a representative to call me back! I have consistently been told that there was a 15 day wait period for a refund. Now they are saying that they are preparing to reach out to my bank to make a wire transfer refund! ( Another 15 days!Really).
Do not trust this wire fraud company. I have now hired an attorney who handles on line fraud to recover my $16,000.
I have also contacted Chrono24 to let them know that their site has been copied by this fraudulent group. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ON LINE FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Worst experience ever.

Customer service is very helpful. The answers have always been brief and to-the-point. You'll get a fantastic watch for a wonderful price. In the future, I would purchase another watch from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WATCH RAPPORT! Buyer beware. Pre-ordered a watch for roughly $12,000 USD. Watch was supposed to come in within 6 months. Watch was never delivered. They will not even send update emails. You will have to hound them. Ordered was cancelled eventually. They sent me an email saying that I would receive my refund within 15 days or so. Refund never came. Then they sent me a bogus link with information saying the refund was sent to my credit card company. I then contacted my credit card company. They did not receive the refund on the date stated from the bogus link. A fraud investigation has been launched. This is not only wrong, this is illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WATCH RAPPORT!

I tried to purchase a 7k watch from this vendor, but after almost 20 days, they didn't ship the watch to us, so I decided to cancel the order. They acknowledged the cancellation, and for more than 30 days, I've been waiting for the refund to be made. This seems like a fraudulent website. Beware, DO NOT BUY ANY WATCH FROM THEM. Until I receive my refund, I will write bad reviews to alert buyers!

Awful awful awful website and customer service. I purchased a watch listed as "in stock and ready to ship" on their website with an estimated delivery date of 2-4 weeks. It's been a month and there's been NO movement on the package and customer service refuses to give me a refund minus a ridiculous restocking fee of $100+. AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. I thought I would be safe as the watch was listed as in stock and not as a pre-order. I WAS WRONG!
