Shopping and financing was very easy...item was delivered in about week. After carefully looking at this Movado watch... the band was stamped CHINA... this is not a real Movado, i will be returning this item!

Received a follow up email saying they made a mistake with invoice. Had to send in more money for the watch and there was no apology from them. Good comma and quick delivery though. The watch made up for it. I absolutely LOVE my new watch!

This is the second time I have purchased from WatchMaxx. Simple and fast. I don't think I would ever buy from anywhere else if it is a newer watch. Fantastic speed and easy to maneuver website.
Had to return a watch as it was not what I expected. The new watch I received was acceptable, yet WatchMaxx.com management charged me $30.00 for shipping. I thought that was a little excessive. I would like $30 refund if possible to think about possibly buying a watch from WatchMaxx again. Respectfully, Frank Laveaga
