This is my 2nd time attempting this purchase. You sent me an invoice - took my money - then sent a note telling me that my purchase wasn't taking place but my money sat in limbo. After a call, your customer service rep claims its being returned. Updated- i read this watch came with a bonus rubber strap. None came
