Courteous staff, had to place order over for different method of payment.

Ordered overnight delivery( $25), received watch 5 days late; UPS lost package and I would like to request that shipping be refunded.
The watch arrived in good condition in original packaging. The only item missing was a certificate of authenticity. Without this document is there a method to ensure authenticity?
