I originally questioned the validity and ethics of this website but to my delight, Marc, the owner, was extremely professional, prompt with all of his replies, gave me a hell of a price on a $5000 swiss watch and had no issues whatsoever. Marc assured me his BBB rating and negative reviews on various websites were nothing more than his competitors trying to screw him. I didn't believe him at first, but now, with my watch in hand, I give him full points!
Today, I received a wonderful GUCCI watch it packing was very sturdy and good.
And when I opened the watch 's box, the watch was already set to Hawaii time... wow! What a wonderful thought, I am very appreciate to marc who shop owner.
When I ordered the watch at the store, I waited for one month because there was no stock in the shop, but the watch was really beautiful, I think that it was worth waiting for one month.
Actually I ordered this watch for Christmas gift to my husband but I can not wait till Christmas so I will give this watch to him now... Because this watch is too much beautiful!
Also I will be back Watches-Swiss again in my future!

I ordered a watch that I found to be too heavy, so I exchanged it for a different one. The delivery was fast on both watches. Customer service was very professional and prompt. The site has a good selection of competitively priced watches. I'd do business again when I'm in the market for a good watch and a good deal.
I needed a watch for a gift. The model i like was not in stock. I called Marc Watches-Swiss (watches-swiss.com). I ask if he can find one for me. After some research he find one and called me back. This happened Monday. I placed an order Tuesday 12/am and i got the watch Thursday. He is ultra professional. I'll do business in the future for sure.

Hello, I want to share my excellent experience buying a Longines watch from watches-swiss.com. Firstly, I wanted this watch in less than 2 weeks. I called at least 5 other renowned watch vendors and no one except Marc gave me an assurance to get me this watch delivered in time. The watch was at my doorsteps in just about 1 week - ahead of the promised date. Secondly, buying an expensive watch online I was worried about the authenticity of the watch. When the watch arrived, I took it to the Longines Customer Service Center and they validated that the watch is "real". Marc also provided the 2-year manufacturer warranty card which most watch vendors do not. Undoubtedly, I am coming back to watches-swiss.com to buy my next watch. Thanks Marc for the excellent customer service and a great timepiece.
I checked with Marc before I ordered to make sure the watch would arrive before Christmas. He confirmed it would, and I so I placed my order on Nov 20. The beautiful ladies Longines watch just arrived on Nov 30. The watch was double boxed and had several additional pieces of padding to make sure that there would be no damage. Great prices - nothing beats a factory warranty - for expensive watches thats the only way I would go. Shipping is great its packed like its ready for a nuclear war and yes email response is always within 24hours.

I wrote about my experience with watches-swiss.com. I ordered a watch and paid a deposit. I never received a watch and e-mails to Marc R. Requesting a return of my deposit never answered. Marc R responded to my review simply stating that the policy of a deposit no longer applies.
It is now over 4 YEARS since my order was placed and I have not had any reply from this gentleman. USE CAUTION with this website
Please note that we discontinued the old policy we had of charging a 10% deposit with the order.

My house was broken into in April 2016. Amongst the item stolen was my favourite Fendi watch. The robbers took the watch leaving several straps behind. I was very sad.
