My purchase experience was terrible. I ordered a Movado watch that should have shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. Six weeks passed and I still didn't have it. When I called to cancel my order the owner Marc actually called me a moron. This was just because I asked why I couldn't cancel on the phone vs sending an email. I could not understand why he'd be so rude. I called back to tell him that I had sent the cancellation email, and he said "Congratulations" and hung up on me. The WORST possible service I have EVER experienced and could even imagine. STAY AWAY!

I usually buy my watches in person on 47th street in NYC as they have in the past had the best prices and selection. Found Watches-Swiss on the internet and contacted them about a Longines Watch I was interested in. I received a prompt response with the information I requested and they had the watch at the lowest price. Had several other e-mail exchanges and they were always prompt in replying and very knowledgeable. Bought the watch and I had it 2 days later. Could not be happier. Highly recommend them. Plan on buy future timepieces from them.

I was price shopping a particular Shinola watch for my wife when I came across watches-swiss.com. The name was unfamiliar, the website was simple, but the price was $100+ less than any other retailer. I was skeptical, but decided to reach out using the chat feature on the website. To my surprise, I was immediately chatting with the owner himself. He gave me a little backstory on the company and their business model, and within minutes I had decided that this was where I would make my purchase.

After placing my order, Marc reached out to me saying that he was having trouble sourcing the watch from any of his usual contacts and asked if she might be interested in another model. I wasn't surprised by this, as the watch was on back order pretty much everywhere else I looked, but I told him that was the only one she was interested in. This was going to be her birthday present, so I was pretty bummed.

Later that day, he told me he had sourced the watch from a seller in California and had sent payment immediately in order for the watch to be shipped in time for her birthday. It arrived in time and my wife is thrilled with it!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Marc was great with giving updates, he was quick to respond to my questions, and he went above & beyond to get the watch my wife wanted and have it here for her birthday.

Was in the market for a new Shinola watch and like most, didn't want to pay retail. I went to google with the watch model name and started checking different sites to see if any had any active discount codes or coupons. I came across watches-swiss.com on the 2nd or 3rd page of results and opened it in a new tab to check it out. The site seemed outdated and the store name wasn't very original which had me a little skeptical, but the price was great. I decided to search them via google as well and found some positive reviews. I gave the store a call just to confirm it was in stock and get a general idea of the operation. I ended up speaking with the owner Marc, who was extremely friendly. He gave me confirmation the watch was in hand literally and if I bought it that day he would ship it the same day. I took the plunge and made the purchase. The watch came the next day, granted I was only a state over but the entire experience was exactly what I was looking for. Marc also sent me an email a few days later to confirm it was received and what I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from him in the future if they've got it in stock and I was in the market, Thanks Marc.

Here I am online again shopping for a replacement watch for my mom. She wants the same style Omega Constellation with mother of pearl dial, diamond bezel and hour markers that I bought online with Marc for her more than 10 years ago. So impressed with his competitive pricing, excellent service and timely delivery as promised, I tried to recall his website name. After searching my inbox, I am so glad that I can find our exchange emails. I am so happy that this time again his price is the lowest I can find online. Using the chat feature in his website few times to find out more details about the watch, I am so glad to have a chance to chat with Marc again. He is very resourceful and helpful with details and comparison between models. Grateful for his suggestions on different watches on sale with similar features & value but more saving, my mom still wants the Omega that she won't change her mind. After placing the order, we periodically receive an update email from Marc on the order. I received an email from Marc the date he shipped it out. Two days later, it is delivered in Fedex box. Big thanks for the way they package it two times in two different boxes. The luxury watch comes in perfect shape as expected. All the packages/boxes, manual, price tag, certificate from Omega are there and perfect condition just like you will buy it at the mall. My mom is so happy and so am I. I recently purchased a watch and I admit to being extremely nervous to spending a large sum of money online, especially from overseas as I am located in Australia. My experience is as follows, I purchased the watch on the Saturday. Given my nerves, I made contact with at his store almost immediately to confirm the purchase. Marc replied promptly, confirming my order and explaining that he hoped to source my watch within 10 days and that he would post straight away. 4 days later I received an auto confirmation saying that the watched had been received and despatched to Australia. I also received an email from Marc again reassuring my nerves. I had FedEx on my door Monday our time with the package. So, one week to order and receive a watch to the other side of the world. The watch itself is gorgeous, correct to what I ordered and perfect in condition and quality. Undoubtedly an authentic Tissot complete with all the normal warranties etc. Could not be happier. I know this turn around my not always be as quick dependant on the watch but I believe in credit where it's deserved. From start to finish, the whole transaction was smooth and professional and I will definetly purchase through Marc again. I know of some other negative reviewing out there, I read it myself, hence my nerves but I could not fault this business in their operation and product and would recommend them to deal with. Ordered online 13 Mar NBA T*******700 Tissot PRC 200 Ladies Swiss Watch because, unfortunately, in Russia they were not at this point, and the representation of Tissot promised to deliver only 3 weeks( could not Wait, as it's my sister's birthday was scheduled in 11 days. The site also promised delivery 3-5 business days. Promptly issued and sent! March 20 watch was at the customs of Russia, but... Slowness and bureaucratic delays delayed delivery as much as for an additional 8 days (to the birthday did not hurry, but most importantly, that in principle arrived in Russia! They say that with jewelry and watches delivery is generally problematic and often sent back ( with USPS everything went well. Mark, the owner of the site, personally communicated with me and supported in moments of doubt) I am very grateful for his support and product! Summary-saved, even taking into account the delivery of $ 50, but most importantly received the goods, which we did not have! Thank you, mark, very much! The website I recommend! Should just order the product a little in advance...

I called prior to placing my order to confirm that my watch (Tissot) would be shipped in time for Christmas. Mark confirmed, so I went ahead and placed my order. I got an email saying it would be another two weeks before the watch was shipped. The promised shipped date came and went, with no confirmation. I emailed him. I was told it would be shipped on the next Monday. Same thing - Monday came and went. I called multiple times and emailed multiple times with no reply. Finally I got an answer when I phoned him on my lunch break. I stated who I was and that I wanted to know if my watch had been shipped and if not, why not. He told me that it would be shipped "today". I told him that he had told me this several times before and would I receive tracking information. After this question, he LOST IT on me! He swore at me left and right, and ended the tirade with telling me to "stick your F*&#ing phone up your F(#*%ing a$$". Seriously. He then hung up on me. I phoned back, asking if he treated all his customers like that and to let me know what was happening with my watch. He then launched in on further insults and basically saying that I was harassing him. Umm... hello? How about do your job. He hung up on me and told me to go buy my F*@$(ing watch in a mall somewhere. Obviously after reading these posts he's preying on people and never delivering a final product. For good measure I called Amazon Payments (thankfully I went through them) to ensure they didn't allow the payment to go through and to register a complaint AND I complained to the Better Business Bureau in New York.

DON'T EVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Very, very unprofessional and rude customer service. I emailed them for inquiries before and after purchasing a watch and none of those 3 emails were answered. Even if you review their previous "customer reviews" in google.com this internet dealer sucks. And they don' stock watches that they sell, after you purchase the item they will take perhaps up to 2 months or longer to ship your item. VERY, VERY DISSAPPOINTING AND HORRIBLE. Then if you will ask for a refund, they will threaten you that per company policy they will take out 10% from the purchase price.
