I bought two handbags from vintagebag.com.
A tan Linslade bag was well worn, rough and stained on one side, (not the side shown on website photograph), the handles were limp and had black marks on the underside and the metalwork very tarnished.
An alligator bag had lost much of its gloss and the front lower right side was pitted and scratched, an attempt to hide the damage was made by painting the area with some kind of lacquer.
An optimist might consider that Ms Chell views her merchandise with romantic eyes through rose coloured spectacles giving rise to enthusiastic hyperbole:
" PERFECT!, mint!, excellent!, never carried condition!".
However on the balance of probabilities, likely just another of life's chancers at work.
If you are content with items that are given a glowing description but on being delivered to you prove to be a load of old tat, then shop at vintagebag.com.
If you believe that a problem should be solved by receiving a series of shrill e-mails and threats to destroy your reputation then of course deal with Ms Chell.
Should you be seeking a straight forward delightful or even pleasant shopping experience then do NOT deal with any of Ms chell's websites.
I have bought handbags from USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. There are many good honest dealers out there, so it is not difficult to avoid Ms Chell and enjoy your shopping.
Ps the one star because zero or negative rating not availble
Pps I am now interested in the possibilities offered by photoshop
