In fairness to this situation I wanted to provide an update. After numerous emails to Wallis and having the facility in Kansas City that provides storage and shipping of their product email also, I did receive a replacement fender. It didn't have the previous defect of missing material but took quite a bit of sanding and contouring to get it fit as well as repositioning mounting holes but now looks good. In fairness also there is a disclaimer on the website that states the fenders are rough and need trimming. More work than I expected or wanted but with that work you can get the desired result.
Ordered a pair of dually fenders. One arrived missing material in 2 places. Wallis blamed it on warehouse people when clearly it was short material in the mold. Wouldn't exchange or replace. Gave a whopping $25 credit to me on PayPal from a $760 order. Fenders are flimsy and thin. Wont reply to emails anymore and phone number refers you to email system. Location in Kansas city is just a warehouse they ship out of. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This company sold me an unusable piece of junk for 425 dollars and when i returned it he refunded me 225 dollars and will not respond to my emails, he is the reason people dont do business on line stay away
I've been going back and forth just trying to get my money back simply because one of the fenders arrived damaged and I paid $1210 shipped for 2 fenders. John is the worst most non professional person I've ever delt with. He refunded me $500 saying I'm responsible for outgoing shipping and return shipping and I'm also getting half refund on the damaged fender because he received it damaged. This experience blows my mind. Scam! Do not buy from them.
Guys a loser. Save your money and buy fenders from your dealer. Guy cant even sand a Damn orange peel nicely if he tired. They lie about refunds. Johnny the Scammer. Just watch his video showing him on youtube hitting a fender with a bat like a girl. Put your purse away johnny. Grow a damn set a be fair to people that want fenders and not get screwed.
I ordered fenders from this guy and called when I found cheaper local. Fenders were never shipped from their warehouse, I then emailed the scum bag John Wallis right away and was told no problem as they never were sent out. He then sent me a invoice showing my full refund. Not once did I actually get my money. This guy is as shady as they come!
This business should be shut down completely! Stay away, you'll be glad you did.
So, After a blowout in January 2019 I needed a replacement fender for my 2001 Ford F-350. Was purchased and delivered and worked well. I suffered another blow out in June 2019. Contacted John inquiring about a possible discount. He informed me all fenders come with free one year replacement policy! I sent him a photo and he sent me out a free replacement fender for free. If you are trying to find out the best dually fenders, then Wallis Dually Fender is the best place. For every model from 1980 to 2014 for Ford, 1983 to 2014 for Dodge and 1973 to 2014 for Chevy and GMC model it has the authentic fenders. This company is different from others, so they do care about the clients.
Purchased a replacement rear dually fender for my 1993 Dodge dually. Sure I needed to sand and fit. But, 1/3 the price of the dealer and the fiberglass isway better than the plastic of the OEM. Would recommend. Steve - Riverside CA
Picked up the fenders locally but was charged $210 for shipping. This was never refunded as promised. No responses to my emails either. And they have no phone support.
The RR Dodge dually fender I purchased from Wallis dually fenders did not come close to fitting properly. After getting no satisfaction from John Wallis, I repaired the old fender and traded the Wallis fender off at a pawn shop for items worth far less than I paid for the fender. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
MY CUSTOMER ORDERED FROM THEM, 2001 F-350. WE GOT 97 DODGE. REFUSED ORDER AS PER INSTRUCTIONS, GOT CORRECT FENDER OF POOR QUALITY WEEK LATER. AFTER WEEKS, STARTED GETTING BILL FOR SHIPPING! CONTACTED COMPANY, NO RESPONSE. STILL GETTING BILL FOR SHIPPING, THOUGH I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, JUST DROP SHIPPED. SHADY!
Dont Waste your Money
The Rear Box side for my Dually was so wavy I had to hand Block it down into the fiberglass to get it straight!
The fender was also full of body filler as if it was worked on by someone then coated with resin and not sanded.
It literally took me 2 weeks of sanding to get it to a product that I could put on my truck. I WISHED i WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A GM PANEL.
Bought a rear ds fender for a 94 chevy 1/2 inch gap all the way around. Repaired old fender could not get anyone to speak with about this issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY... Repair your old one or go to the dealer...
Purchased a pair of replacement fenders for my 1995 Dodge dually. Fit as described. Geez, $850 for the set vs $3000 from the dealer.
Dually F350 Fender long bed but sent short bed. Did not help correct the order! Poor quality too
