I was treated like a criminal when I attempted to return a tankini that too two weeks to arrive and was way too small. I read the instructions on how to return it which stated i had to send an e-mail explaining what was wrong in order to get the address to return it to. I was told that I had send pictures of the crotch sticker & that quality control had to look at it before a refund could be considered. I would also have to pay the return shipping. I decided to donate this item instead of dealing with their ridiculous demands.
Be warned, extremely difficult company to work with, customer service terrible. Ordered a pair of shorts, never got them, but was charged. They sent me pictures of the house, THAT IS NOT MY HOUSE! They refuse to refund me and I dont have the package. It's a SCAM! You will lose money and they will not help you. Horrible, horrible company, do not use!

It was easy to order the swimsuit, however, it is way too small. No size on the actual swimsuit, It seems like a size 8, maybe 10. Disappointed. Will need to return.

Their bad service continues. They said they sent an email that said the out of stock item is back in stock, but no date. This is the first time to see this. It looks like a letter instead of a reply like their other messages.

Have tried many others and this one by far is the best. If your not looking for a snugger fit bathing suit, and are a bigger sized person like I am, I'd recommend going a size up from what you'd normally wear.
