I ordered a waist trainer from this company about 4 years ago and received good customer service and prompt response time regarding my exchange process, but in January of 2023, I returned a waist trainer to exchange for a larger size using the exchange address on the form, and the item was forwarded back to me because the address on the form is incorrect! I'm not even sure why they would not have the correct address on the exchange form that they want us to mail back with the garment. However, I tried again to return the item on 02/14, this time using the address shown on the website contact page, and the tracking number for that item showed that the waist trainer was delivered to the company, yet I have not received an update regarding shipment for the new exchange item, and I have emailed them several times. This is very frustrating, because there is no other way to try to speak to someone or contact them, as they have no phone number. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying anything from this company at all. I do not know what happened the last 4 years since the last time I purchased from this company, but I will never purchase again.

I ordered a waist trainer about 7 years ago from them, loved it, worked good, so I decided to give it a try again 7 years later (Oct 18th to be exact). To this day (Nov 23rd) I have reached out to customer service at least 3x now as there has been no update whatsoever with my order… even tho the website says it's ships within 7-10 business days. This is the absolute worst service I've ever experienced & demanded a refund… still no word from them. These people are FRAUD and need to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! It's a waste of money & time, they deserve to be charged & arrested for FRAUD.

I have yet to receive my order, it has not even shipped. Order placed 10/18/2022, have contacted through "chat with us", no phone number that I can find. What is the deal? This place is a scam

I returned my waist shaper for a different size. Paid for return postage. No exchange was ever mailed back to me! I emailed several times with order number, the reason for exchange, and the new size I wanted. No reply!

The worst company to ever be created!
No response at all, phone number is fake. Can it return or cancel the order. Says I will have my product in 5-7 days it's been going on 4 weeks have not received anything. Tried contacting them numerous times and still no response at all. Not one email has been responded too. This is unreal. $90 bucks for a waist trainer. And no response and not delivered.
Have to call my bank and claim fraud. How is this company even up?!

I ordered for 2 items, received only one but came is the wrong size on every level. I returned the item and the second one still not received! I paid with Klarna and they stopped the payment only to resume the payment again. I had to contact Klarna to stop payment since they promised to investigate more. This company is a scam and they are winning taking innocent people's hard earned! I'm pissed

I would give a "0" if I had the option. I purchased two items and they were never shipped and delivered to me. I have tried contacting the company and I only get a robo message saying there was a delay. It has been a year now and never received my product! This company took my money and never provided my merchandise! Buyer be ware when purchasing from this scam of a company!

So I placed an order. A MONTH goes by and nothing arrived. Not even a shipping notification. The only way to communicate with customer service is via email. Emailed 3 times and nothing. Do you even exist? I put in my order number under the option on the website to search for an order and it says it doesn't exist? Wow. If I paid for what I ordered I will have my bank reverse the charges. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM WAISTSHAPERZ! Beware!

Ordered February 2. Spent $80. Never received anything. Reached out MULTIPLE TIMES (5-10)... heard back twice saying it was coming/delayed and they NEVER addressed anything about my questions regarding a refund.

This was before the pandemic even started in the area.

I also saw multiple reviews and complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding the same matters. This company is defrauding everyone.

Y'all ain't $#*! for that, forreal.

Ridiculous if i could pick a negative star i would i ordered from them june 2019 and never received my order i contact them they gave me the standard message if they responded back and i tried all kinds of ways to contact them nothing and come to find out they blocked me from Instagram for dm them, what do they expect they would hear from someone who already paid thier money for thier product, it didnt take them a year to take that, till to this day im still waiting...

I have ordered SEVERAL times from this company never having any problems other than long shipping (3 months usually until I received it) now I ordered January 14 but never got my order, at one point i tried emailing them and I was told their email didn't exist even though I was receiving sales advertisements from the same email, then their email worked again and I finally got a response saying they were behind in orders which they always say, and then I'd end up getting my order a month later but this time it's different, now they won't even answer my emails. It sucks too because I have literally never found a product I loved so much, I get at least 10 emails a 10 from them about sales and deals but they can't even send people their orders out. At one point the site even said it was closed temporarily. I'm so frustrated because I really love their products and now they have done this :( I just want my stuff or my money back at least!

I have bought products from them several times. I liked their products and believed in them, so I ordered from them again.
But they never ship products this time.

I called them, no answer. I sent email to them many many times. They told me that they would be delayed in shipping the item because they had a lot of orders. But they still do not ship products. I sent them an email and DM again. Sometimes they answer me. But they mostly ignore me.
Recently, they told me that they would send all products to us.
They are just lying to me every time. There are many victims, not just me.
I really can't forgive those who deceive people in this dirty way. I hope the victims will not continue to increase and I hope this issue is resolved soon.
